Getting tired
This bmwusa website and app need major work I registered as a new owner and it s been giving me issues over a few weeks now I can t get past the personal information part because the server is messing up it s too the point I m like delete my stuff Already having too many issues with the car and now there website this a waste of my money and time

BMW USA is literally the absolute worst
BMW USA is literally the absolute worst customer service I ve ever seen in my life I bought a brand new 2022 S1000rr with cash and before the bike even got 2000 miles the transmission teeth broke in the bike The bike has been in the shop for over two months and BMW has constantly lied saying they will replace it or give me my money back With months on end nothing has changed the only thing they have done is offered to reimburse me on a car rental that equals 45 a day There is not one place I can find that will rent a car for that price lol Absolutely despicable I specifically have been working with a guy name Mark Pechko Who refuses to return my calls went on a vacation during this whole incident and the person he referred me to while he was absent also did not answer their phone or return any of my calls and who has absolutely been no help whatsoever I have asked numerous amount of times to have my case transferred to somebody else or talk to higher-ups yet they refuse to do for me

BMW used to be a great car
I currently own 5 BMW vehicles and will never own another These cars used to be made with great attention to detail but in the last 10 years the quality has gone down tremendously I have a nearly new 740i and it has been in the shop non-stop Even though I have a warranty I have to fight to get them to cover items If you own a BMW without a warranty you need to find a good mechanic and be prepared to spend THOUSANDS

I have a 2020 BMW with less than 7K
I have a 2020 BMW with less than 7K miles and I am already getting a CEL Now I take it to the local stealership and I am told because I upgraded the audio system there is nothing they can do BMW is the assembler of over price junk and deserves to become a relic of the past

Oh no no new BMW for us Sad
Tried to order an i4M50 from Janelli at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston She wouldn t call me back She made an appt to have a conference call at 5 30 that evening with me when I could order the car but she never called I tried multiple times over a few days It was really disappointing for me because I was on vacation and I missed out on several family events to make sure I was available when Janelli finally called but she never did I emailed the manager no reply Never thought it would be so difficult to give away 80k My wife was happy to wait the nine months for the i4M50 she really wanted Instead we bought a Tesla

BMX X 5 2022 front collision alert sensor did not work
We bought BMX X 5 2022 model in May 2022 My wife routinely parks in two car garage Two days back when she was trying to park at a slow speed but the vehicle accelerated and damaged the side and rear of the parked vehicle and front of BMU was damaged as well Obviously the front collision alert sensor and brake did not work I reported it to BMU but no response Never buy BMW again

BMW USA Can t Manage Their Dealerships Has No Influence
I had only problems with BMW as a company and frankly with their vehicle too but that s a different story BMW USA is totally incapable of managing their dealerships resulting in inability to address any problems consumers have at dealerships 1 New car registration took the local dealership in NC over 2 months to complete resulting in me getting a suspension notification from the DMV of NC saying I can t drive the car until it s registered BMW USA refused to help in any way 2 Another dealer that was buying my car two years later took forever to close my leasing account in NC only dealerships can do that consumers are not able to send payments to leasing companies directly The dealer simply won t send the odometer reading to BMW USA for currently over 3 weeks and BMW USA refused to help in any way again DO NOT BUY BMW they can t manage their dealerships
