Good to Have for EV car owners

First of All BP Plus has very good customer service and quick reply and Having BP Plus as EV car owner its very helpful and convenient for charge EV car on the road Recommended if you drive EV Car

I really wish there were more Chargers

I really wish there were more Chargers especially faster ones around cities and towns or within most petrol stations Sometimes travelling to the one fast charger in a city can be long or short drive to get to one but I know that is something that will occur in future but I love everything else Very simple to use One of the better apps compared to other competitors

As with other new EV owners only have mine 5 weeks still getting used to the change from ICE vehicle First attempt was frustrating stressful reasons 1 Was wild weather wind and driving rain 2 RFID didn t connect Wet and cold I sat back in car remembered BP Pulse app Used app all was good Second visit used app had no problems whatsoever Really happy now I realise it s a definite learning curve anyone else feeling frustrated just pause relax maybe try app first only suggesting

The charger was not working after multiple attempts Called the number and Moses helped me and we were up and running in no time A very polite and helpful gentleman Look after him BP Pulse as other call centres could benefit from someonw like him to handle what can be frustrating situations

Ref - No-30801922I called bppulse customer service as I was having difficulties at their public pump The call was answered within a minute The customer adviser - Mr Mahmood was very efficient and helpful with his effective communication as he explained the process over the telephone He was patient and calm throughout Thank you I would have been lost without his help assistance and kindness Good Job I recommend bppulse to everyone
