The worst charging station ever overcharged my father twice on different occasions and as ever BP PULSE were USELESS and unco-operative STILL NO REFUND How can it be possible to charge 34 5kwh in 8seconds Literally as soon as it started charging it was on 34 5kwh and took 2mins to stop charging in total And then last month he was charged extortionately and still nothing every time they re called THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL ESCALATE AND GET BACK BUT NEVER DO ABSOLUTEL JOKE I can guarantee once his uber discount ends he will NEVER use them DISGRACEFUL The reference number for the first case is 30137067 and for yesterdays it s still not given You said it s sorted and the charger is being fixed but again happened today at the charger 10 40kwh in 8seconds UNBELIEVABLE Happened again NOT FIXED AND NOR MARKED UNAVAILABLE

Unsupportive customer service
A home charger installed by BP pules after many months on May 2024 The charger was working until 08 12 2024 and suddenly stopped charging my car The system cannot complete the booting process and not settle in blue light A sent an online request for helping and after a week when they didn t reply i called them 5 times and talked to different persons in customer service First they don t understand and have no technical background and whatever you say they have only one answer reset using reset bottom And keep sending manuals Even after taking some notes and recording the issue the next email is exactly similar to first one steps for resetting the unit Today is exactly 32 days from the time that unit stopped working and still they have done nothing Before Christmas i asked customer service to send me the complaint process but they didn t Again this week i have been trying to push them send someone to repair or replace the unit and they replied we don t send someone for wifi connection The customer service is completely out of picture and not reliable I will push my company to cancel the contract with them and look for decent equipment and services I strongly recommend to not install any charger or even other product from BP pules This is my experience and will recommend all my other colleagues who have recently bought an EV cars to stay away from BP Pules I will also claim the cost of charging fee for this period as they have not supported my case over a month

I use BP Pulse through a work incentive scheme and so far I have been IgnoredHad my personal details shared with a third partyIncorrect billing detailsMy direct debit is paying for someone else s usage I ve had a 10 increase on the bill for someone else and the customer service team at BP don t know why You cannot get a straight answer from anyone It seems that using the service personally is OK but boy will you be turned over if you use it through a business incentive scheme which isn t actually any cheaper than my home plan

I have 4 bp pulse charging points near I live Ilford they have problems every other day Their customer service is absolutely rubbish I also like to mention they have sent me wrong invoice when I brought it their notice I was told you pay first then we sort it out later despite the fact they sent me more then 200 extra charge How can I pay them first and chase to get my refund I just cancelled direct debit I won t pay until they send me correct invoice Over the phone they accepted that there was mistake in my invoice yet demanded to pay

BP Pulse EV Charging at Westfield London I visited the BP Pulse EV charging station at Westfield London two years ago and again today and I am quite disappointed by the lack of improvement The facility still has outdated 32kW slow charging units some of which are not functioning These chargers use old technology and feel like a relic in a world that has rapidly embraced EV advancements Considering Westfield s popularity and the increasing number of EV users it s frustrating to see such inefficiency Why hasn t BP Pulse upgraded these units to modern rapid chargers It would make a significant difference for EV drivers who value time and convenience I strongly urge BP Pulse to replace these outdated chargers with higher-capacity rapid charging units and invest in newer technology It s high time they aligned with the evolving needs of EV users I understand you have requested further information via Trustpilot but I couldn t determine what specific information you need I am referring to your charging stations at Westfield Shopping Centre in London which include 32 kW chargers Some of these chargers were not functional I contacted customer service but they were unable to activate two of the chargers Fortunately I had a long cable and managed to connect to another charger which worked Your system seems outdated and requires users to download the BP app which is unnecessarily complicated Additionally none of the chargers at this location are rapid or ultra-rapid which is disappointing Aslo there were no any instructions placed anywhere about how to use these chargers

Charged car for 10 mins whilst grabbing a coffee Tapped card and then stopped by app Got confirmation Went about my business Looked at the app and noticed a new charging session was active for an hour Cancelled in app Contacted bp Explained Said will be rectified Have not Instead of paying 4 for the charge have 3 separate charges for the same time totaling 33Total kWh 60 Even though my battery is a 50 kwh Such a joke

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off Was paying 88p a KW not knowing that the Tesla garage across the road only charged 48p a KW A few of the Tesla drivers told me they only pay 5-7p a KW using a home charger off peak Over 6 months BP have fleeced over 400 extra off me No wonder nobody uses that charger and it s covered in cobwebs from lack of use Then signed up to their subscription to waste another 8 a month for a miniscule discount off their overpriced chargers
