Belinda has been brilliant taking me through every step in to charging and also when the charging port got stuck after charge She spoke to by my name and was very clear and descriptive at the same time Appreciate her service when it was not the best weather trying to get your car charged on the move

Perfect Customer Service from Teslim

I had spent the last few days trying to get a working charging electric point other than using the local supermarket The was my first electric car I tried other companies that had charging points to charge the car and the charger was either not working and or the customer service was poor Some 24 hour customer support companies did not even answer the phone when I tried to contact them Then I found a bppulse charging point and I called early in the morning on New Years Day The person who answered was Teslim From the first time he said hello how can I help you my experience with charging the car has never been the same He not only showed me how to download the app and walked me through the charging experience he also showed me how to best of the charging experience overall how to locate other charging points how to subscribe and save with bppulse how to leave the car to charge in a secure way and much much more I was so much more informed about charging the car after the conversation with Teslim than before I picked up the phone to bppulse I was even able to get a better deal and quicker charging with bppulse than my local store Based on the customer service from Teslim I would recommend bppulse to my friends family and even my enemies who use electrical vehicles Thank you Teslim for your patience and customer support provided today

Great Service from Andy

Got amazing service from Andy who was out testing the BP Pulse charger in Newtownabbey when I was trying to get my car charged this morning in the freezing cold and snow - he was really helpful full of chat and just a really nice guy Thanks Andy

I recently spoke with Mukhtar Ahmed from the BP Pulse service team regarding my subscription and a replacement card issue I must say I was really impressed with how efficiently he handled my concerns Within just 5 minutes he resolved an issue that had been ongoing despite multiple attempts to get help from others at BP Pulse Mukhtar s professionalism and quick resolution were far beyond what I ve experienced before Kudos to him for providing such excellent service

Free public charger

Used a charger in a multistory car park in Blackpool Was very confused about payment but after sending a query to your team discovered there was no charge for its use When I returned to the car someone had unplugged my car and plugged theirs in even though my charge had not completed to 80 which was slightly irritating but not a problem as it had charged sufficiently to get us home to Leeds via a family visit in Southport

The fact that I got a start up of 25 00 also a small compensation after a charging unit was slow charging the engineer went out and re-set it also the team on the telephone were very helpful and talked me through things as I am new to electric cars

The network is expanding well which is helpful Charging experience is quite good and the charging equipment and charge itself are as good as anyone else on the market Will appreciate if the network could increase the charge network to different areas as it lacks charging points nearMy home which is quite central Rest of experience seems to be excellent
