New neighbourhood coach too good for Bromford

I wrote an earlier review about Bromford and still stand by everything I said In that review I did mention that we had a new neighbourhood coach who seemed much better than the previous one This review is more about her than Bromford I also admit I m the first to complain but I will ALWAYS speak up regarding positive experiences too I d met our new neighbourhood coach a couple of times briefly and had also communicated with her via telephone call and WhatsApp I already suspected she was head and shoulders above the usual standard of Bromford employee On Monday she came to visit me for my yearly review She was with me for two hours However it only took ten minutes for her to gain my respect Firstly she is extremely intelligent and articulate It s hard to find anyone who is either of these things these days It s certainly not something I ve experienced often in my dealings with Bromford employees over the last few years She is highly professional caring honest and fair She doesn t possess the combative attitude that seems to have infected the whole of Bromford as an organisation She came across as open-minded prepared to listen to and value the thoughts and ideas of a customer and to possess an ability to work with you not against you She displayed an overwhelming awareness of equality and that she would treat you as at least her equal and respect you accordingly because you re both human beings with feelings and emotions She was warm and encouraging None of the things I have mentioned about her are present within Bromford hence the title of this review that I believe she is far too good for Bromford I hope that Bromford listen to and nurture someone like our new neighbourhood coach I hope they do not dismiss her way of thinking I hope they don t suck the life out of her and turn her into a corporate robot who just adheres to the company line I don t think they will succeed in this as she is too strong a personality but I also think that this is why she might not be around for long Bromford have gone too far over to the dark side to ever notice a ray of light such as that displayed by our new neighbourhood coach I genuinely hope I m proven wrong In the meantime I m happy that after many years without I finally have a neighbourhood coach who I trust is approachable and actually fits the criteria of what somebody doing the job should If anyone of authority within Bromford is reading this take this woman to one side and give her the ability to affect positive change within Bromford She s a star and a genuine talent If she doesn t rise to the top of the ranks within Bromford she will do somewhere else and it ll be yours and your customers loss

Don t let them build next to you

Bromford have made our life a living hell Living next door to a recent build they did has been nothing but heartache and trouble Having dealt with the site manager Dan Gavin customer care manager a company who deal with the damage bromford caused to my house I m still awaitinh any form of communication We had Gavin at our house promising us the world that never materialized still sat by the letter box waiting bromford sent an assessor round to assess the damage done to our house we and the neighbor are still waiting to hear what they are going to do about it 4 months later I hope no one has to live next to a Bromford site its soul destroying

No lights on and stuck at home

No outside lights on Vattingstone House Bridge house and Hadrell Court and car park Alveston South Glous No lights at all the Issue has been reported multiple times by multiple residents No response from Bromford take it they will all get a refund on service charge The issues have been on going since 2013 Do Steve Dando Neil Rimmer Richard Bird Jerry Toher Robert Nettleton Charles Hutton-Potts Paul Walsh Carolyn Downs Sandra Horley and Sarah Beal have lighting outside their homes Residents have all been notified of injury Claims companies you can help especially this with mobility issues
