I recently became a Tennant of Yorkshire housing I had a few teething issues with the property and felt very unhappy I had Leanne Howson contact me and instantly I felt at ease I felt listened to understood and she went above and beyond to deal with my issues She contacted all the relevant people and made them aware of my situation within hours they were dealt with promptly She even got Steven Harrison to come out and visit me personally to deal with some of the issues In the end I couldn t be more satisfied and have my faith restored in what was a very rocky start with Yorkshire Housing Even now Leanne is making sure I m okay and all the issues are being dealt with quickly and effectively to the best of her availability Leanne has set the standard very high with the personal care I ve received She is a credit to the company Thank you

Ellie provided an excellent service and helped me in such a difficult situation I m so grateful for the help and assistance given There were some delays as the home I had applied for was a new build but Ellie kept me updated at every stage of the process

Wonderful Scheme Manager

Since I moved into the Sheltered Housing Scheme with Yorkshire Housing in Seacroft from Hull the service I have received from the Scheme Manager Loice has been excellent The Scheme Manager is superb and I could not ask for more She makes sure everything is ok and she listens and really carers I have settled well in my new home Yorkshire Housing must be proud to have such a caring considerate hard working person Don t lose her Stafford Wilks

The women I spoke to this morning was very polite and helpful i currently can t use my washer machine she got me a appointment straight away very understanding in the issue Can t fault her one bit thank you so much

After a few weeks of contacting Yorkshire housing explaining my personal circumstances yorkshire housing did all they could to find me a new home I am so grateful to them Ellie called me a week after Christmas to tell me the good news Throughout it all Ellie has responded quickly chatted with me and made me feel so much at ease Nothing is too much trouble The whole process has ran through smoothly Thankyou so much Yorkshire Housing Can t wait to move in

I recently spoke to Anne Robinson from the New Customer Administration Team She assisted and walked me through my application process for a property She was extremely polite and made me feel at ease Very chatty and friendly and great communication Everything explained very easy to understand and went thorough everything with me it was a great experience Nothing was too much trouble The whole process ran smoothly and I felt like she went above and beyond to help me She is a great asset to the team Thank you again Anne

Yorkshire Housing are terrific

YH are great at looking after the property I never have any problems reporting a repair or getting anything done The attending workers are always polite and efficient I m very pleased and lucky that I live in a Yorkshire Housing property
