I am very pleased with the plaque I had

I am very pleased with the plaque I had made for my late husband I designed it myself with the materials available happy with the results Staff were friendly and helpful However a little disappointed that the plaque didn t have screw holes drilled to attach to a wall as I discussed with them

Memorial plaque for bench

Bought a memorial plaque to fix to a bench Very easy to use website with clear instructions Very quick response with proof Finished item was exactly as expected Would have been 5 stars except for the final cost Carriage at 9 50 and overall cost of 53 was a bit steep

Impressive but not quite as expected

Overall we were happy with the engraving and it was packed well The only concern we had was that the wooden backing had been painted rather than being the natural wood effect

Great quality plaque and really good service

I found the ordering and pricing process quite straightforward and easy to use The service and delivery were fine and the plaque itself was absolutely brilliant The only loss of a star is that the fake wooden back plate isn t particularly good luckily most of it is hidden by the brass plaque

Brass plaques for memorial seats

I ordered two brass plaques for use on memorial seats and they arrived quickly and exactly as ordered This is the sort of excellent service I have come to expect from Brunel over the years The only issue was that the half-inch brass screws supplied were very poor Two broke when being fastened and so one plaque had to be re-sited by a few millimetres They were being screwed into pre-drilled holes so perhaps better screws could be provided

The plaque is excellent

The metal part of the plaque is excellent and the advice given on layout was very useful The order was delivered quickly Although it is explained on the website I did not realize until I received it that the light oak mounting board is just a form of compressed MDF that is painted yellow

Efficient and prompt serviceOnly issue is that parcel force informed me the parcel had been delivered I was away from home and had to ask a family member to help to look for it it was behind the rear gate It could have been stolen

The engraved plaque looks very good and was delivered when expected I have not done much comparison but I feel the price is high

invoice sent via email which makes online payment easy The attached message needs to make it clear whether the bill is still outstanding - mine said it was paid but it wasn t Good customer service over the phone though sorted it out

The memorial plaque looks just right

The plaque arrived fairly promptly and was a satisfyingly robust piece of stainless steel beautifully engraved The sheared edges were a bit rough and sharp so I smoothed them off with a fine file To save time I had not opted to see the artwork before it was engraved so I was pleased that the main information was in a larger font and looked very professional Delivery was expensive but fast and trouble free and we are very happy with the finished project
