A manager at the carrington Casey s storr seen me in my car talking on my phone She had no clue what I was even talking about didn t eat I didn t even look her way but yet she has the audacity to call me on my personal phone and threaten me with her brothers may not knowing nothing yet what this is about She causes more problems for me I do not think she should be a manager longer yet even work at a Casey s if she s going to be doing things like that her name is Miranda

Burnt pizza missing sauce ignored me
I made order for Pizza wings and sauce for the wings I received the pizza burnt and when I asked the delivery person if I had the sauce she said yes and it wasn t there The food was cold and had missing toppings as well I was so disappointed I tried contacting Casey s customer service and they never got back to me It s too bad bc I would have given them another chance

The Casey s in Lexington
The Casey s in Lexington Il is poorly managed This is the 2nd time I ve been here to get gas and they were all out of unleaded fuel on ALL of their pumps Another time they had no Smart Water in their refrigerated beverage section On another occasion all of their registers were down so no inside purchases were possible and today only ONE cash register open with numerous customers in the store with employees just meandering behind the counter This store is in desperate need of new management

I had a pending interview in person
I had a pending interview in person and then the bot came through and said I was disqualified for wanting to interview in person I was told ONLY filming was acceptable after I was supposedly allowed to opt for a real meeting LOL No way to call and ask for clarification But there s a nice lake by our local Casey s and I love the water there while I eat my food NOT purchased at Casey s Haven t been thrown out yet Yea

When the Ridgeway store first opened
When the Ridgeway store first opened the food they served was excellent but it has been horrible for a few months now We purchased 2 tenderloin sandwiches yesterday and they were burnt and we ordered a meat galore pizza and all the meat was disguised as sausage They need to seriously do more training for the entire store Very Disappointed and won t return anytime soon

Sad customer Our family used to be very good customers
Very sad that Casey s find very minor reasons to fire many employees after they have worked there over 20 years and are starting to have some medical problems just take a look at there turn over and average age of there employees Not enforced but yes illeagle I read one review they don t care so true SAD SAD I USED TO BE A GREAT CUSTOMER

The Casey s on 72nd Harrison has got be the worst pizza I have ever ate at Casey s Store dirty can t get receipts at the pumps a bad atmosphere Your Casey s on 60th and F St is horrible My company spends a lot on fuel in our company trucks I stopped going there because employees on the phones when you are standing at the counter music real loud where you can t think no receipts at the pumps I have taking my business to Kum n Go I recommended to my co workers to do the same

Corporate doesn t give a care
I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and I live close by one I have been having issues with my divot card when paying in the store and no one seems to be able to help Also the last 6-12months the pizza quality has deteriorated to the point that we actually throw away the crust and eat the toppings There is no consistency I tried calling corporate in Omaha A total no brain answered the phone and stated she would have a manager get back to me on both issues One month and no response I have started buying my gas at less convenient locations and have not bought a pizza in over a month Normally we ordered one 2-3 times a month Corporate has a severe management issue both at the store level on training and retaining employees and at the corporate level for giving a damn

This is the worst company a decent
This is the worst company a decent person would ever want to work for They lie and never follow through with promises you are given when hired Management is so sad including but not limited to the district manager They use people till they have burned them then toss them away like yesterday s trash Unless you want to end up depressed and on medication this jobs not for you
