Easy to use platform Sadly most of the assets they are offering earnings cannot be bought through them Some UI elements for key aspects on the platform are tucked away They work in a very transparent manner with live stats about user numbers allocated assets etc This is definitely a plus

Great APY rates and good selection of coins Love the no lock-up or fee for transferring off the platform I wish it allowed you to save more than 1 sending address That s annoying and the only reason for 4 stars vs 5 Otherwise love it

Some Hitches but

I ll be interested to see if I can use this service for my Roth 401k I ve not run into major issues others have faced regarding lock-ups However one of my withdrawals did take a few extra days when I was unable to change destination wallets in a timely fashion Also being Californian I cannot take loans thru this service Finding that information was more difficult than it needed to be But they pay 10 5 on USDC and no withdrawal fees so overall yay Comparatively easy next to setting up yield-farming and staking

I ve been using Celsius since last Nov It s only been a little over 4 months and here s my honest review Pros Transparency Decent interests vs yield farming using Defi Good UI - can be improved Loyal customer base No glitches when you deposit crypto see my other review on NEXO Cons The customer support team is still really really slow The team is scaling and if they can scale by Q2 then it s a 5-star review

Looking forward to being able to exchange coins in app and I WISH there was a better system for letting you know why you can t buy in a given state some states are still a work in progress but the team behind it seems great and they are making great strides Keep up the good work

Celsius is great but slow with customer support

On the whole my experience of Celsius has been positive The app is easy to use the weekly interest is nice to receive and the bonus codes are exceptional The only downside is the customer support is lacking and have very slow response times and as this is crucial for customer relations I have given Celsius 4 Stars

Everything s working well so far

The app is pretty easy to use I haven t withdrawn or borrowed funds yet though so I m not quite sure how that works Transferring coins is pretty simple the wait time is a bit daunting sometimes One transfer took a little over two hours but it did go through Getting interest on coins that are just going to sit there doing nothing is a great way to get sone return without trading Everything is working well so far

I m new so this review isn t after much time on the site I m still learning the site I do wish the site had a little more info on the site Like why can t Americans earn in Celsius and what is the timeline if it is to happen in the future So far it s ok I just feel it lacks information that people would like to know

Love the 500 incentive for depositing

Love the 500 incentive for depositing BTC and the very competitive interest rate for BTC However while it s OK to get the reward after 90 days I m not sure if that 500 is based on today s BTC price or that of 90 days later Also the interest rate is not as good for ETH and a few other altcoins But more altcoins are included on Celsius then Nexo or Blockfi The software is easy to use on my phone

Overall a very good experience

Overall a very good experience I have spent two days however unable to purchase any crypto All verified with my bank via banking app Pin Sentry mobile phone every transaction is denied I have followed advice from Customer service still can t make purchases So that makes the service overall disappointing as I don t have this issue with two other Crypto platforms I frequently use Like the platform app however Payment side not so much
