Called in the customer service number
Called in the customer service number to set up my new data service and was helped McKenzie It was a great service call and she was rock solid in her knowledge and service level First day of service with centric fiber had been great The router signal reaches all the house and speed test is clocking at download at 550 MBPS and upload speeds at 600 MBPS Keep up the good work Centric Fiber Thank you

I called in because my service was on pause until I moved in Michael was able to help me reset my WiFi name and password and help me find my bill online I appreciate his help And I appreciate the service I got to set up with my previous rep When I came in my internet was set up and ready to go Great customer service Happy to do do business

Off The Chain Customer Service
