I have been using chestertons for a while and they really have shown so much care and attention in helping to find the right property for me They are a great team and unlike other estate agents talk to each other in different offices They are helpful and really lovely to deal with

Happy tenancy in SW London

We rented our flat in South West London from Chestertons and the management of the property was as good as you can expect The property manager was not particularly friendly but she arranged reparations when needed and she was available via email or phone At the end of the tenancy we left the flat in good condition and we got our deposit back No highlights but no complaints either

With a difficult tenant and a flat and block which have suffered from neglect I have greatly benefitted from the work and advice of Shakil He has responded promptly to an increasing number of issues He has persevered in getting access to the flat and implementing various maintenance tasks Pa-Reis has faced similar problems of lack of response from the tenant but is persevering in the efforts to secure a renewal contract Thank you both

Great experience overall with Andreas

Great experience overall with Andreas who helped me a lot buying my first property in London I am still relatively new to London so buying a property can be quite daunting Andreas is always very responsive and he was able to assist when we weren t really progressing He is also willing to take ownership i e asking me to put him on cc so he can help follow up from his end My colleagues and friends are quite shocked about how quickly I managed to exchange I would totally recommend friends colleagues family members who are looking to settle down in London to partner with Chestertons

Mart has been present since our first search on internet till the day we signed our rental place only 2 weeks apart and thankfully we followed his expert advice throughout the process We really owe him one for having found the best view in town

Found Marine and Nicole very helpful and they kept me updated on my tenancy renewal Marine contacted me and let me know that the contract was coming up for renewal and contacted the landlord as well Everything went smoothly and I am very appreciative of all their help and guidance

Ryan Briggs took over managing my

Ryan Briggs took over managing my apartment about 6 months ago and it was safe to say that prior to it it took awhile for responses to my queries While he seems rather swamped judging by the out of office messages I get when I send messages he makes it a point to reply albeit a couple of days later He acts professionally and is quick to understand my concerns and follow up on them I sense that he is very service oriented and with more time he will do an even better job Glad to have him as my property manager

My experience with Chestertons has only been saved by Kacey Naish She has been very responsive even on Christmas Eve She has been patient and held my hand through a deposit dispute She is the only reason I will probably stay a client of theirs
