Chestertons Tower Bridge are a good letting agency Tsion and Davide particularly were both very helpful professional and efficient They give good valuation advice and handle our rental property and renewals seamlessly They sometimes making small maintenance decisions on our behalf rather than bother us with trivial issues I would recommend them over most of the other agencies in east London

Throughout of time renting a property in Richmond Amanda Goodman from Chestertons has been extremely helpful and assisted us in navigating some tricky administrative changes to out tenancy She was always so open to providing us with what we needed with kindness which makes all the difference

We engaged Ian Barrett and Catherine Strachan of Chestertons to help us sell our house in Kensington They did a really excellent job They gave us expert advice about pricing and helped us navigate a tough market They kept in close touch with potential buyers and made sure anyone interested was fully and fairly informed After we accepted an offer they kept the process running but also took care of the buyers to make sure things ran as smoothly as possible They saw us through some delicate last minute negotiations before contracts Even after the contracts were exchanged nothing was too much trouble They helped us arrange for the house to be cared for facilitated visits by the buyers and even handed over the keys in person at completion No wonder they are trusted by sellers and buyers alike We would work with them again Highly recommended
