Even though my first three choices were

Even though my first three choices were not available my fourth choice went through like a breeze I do recommend that those that are no longer available be removed immediately Thank you

We renewed with the company

We renewed with the company after our 1 yr plan expired We were actually able to get a lower rate off powertochoose org rather than what company offered I can call and speak with a live person quickly the rate is good and they gave me a couple emails warning my plan was expiring The one thing I don t like is they only email your statement A couple times I have almost missed my payment due date

Application process was smooth but they indicate that their 1st welcome e-mail will be sent in 15 minutes but it s been over 30 minutes and no e-mail has been received yet

Made it easier for me I do wish the actual power companies had better rates and plans to choose from but your company was great Very helpful

Small company BIG savings

They are a small company that provides power at a great rate but they need to invest in upgrading their website An unrecognizable name and a poor website aren t going to get you very far Or maybe they don t care in that case good for them

I m so grateful for being able to get service on short notice and at a great rate I will be glad to give 5 stars once I get into my new apartment I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a good deal with fair prices

Nice recovery

Well to date I was saddened by a comment made by a representative but I sort of wrote it off We had a brief outage but it recovered almost immediately I wasn t sure if that was a switch over or something but I was able to resume almost seamlessly That was important to me Thanks for the opportunity in allowing me to express this concern

There isn t a clear comparison for the

There isn t a clear comparison for the three nearest plans of my choice My effort turned up one which is my plan and i have no way of knowing if it is the best priced fir my criteria I m a picky engineer and was a griddy customer until they failed

Faulty website during signup

All we have done is sign up We don t have service yet but during the signup process the website would not let us change our billing address It kept changing back to the service address even after multiple attempts to add the billing address instead
