New electric service

When my renewal rate jumped up I reviewed ChooseTexasPower org to see what else was available I decided to give 4 Energy a try and the switchover went seamlessly There was no noticeable change on my end and I m optimistic that my decision will be a good one

Finally All the companies you need to choose from together in one place with the rates out there straight up Nothing hidden nothing fancy no exaggerated wording to try to trick you to go to this company and not the other guy Just easy fast and honest as electric companies can be LOL How cool is that

Much better than nothing but could use some improvements

Edit - It looks like they have updated the site to allow exact kWh entry which is great Just make sure to play with the numbers a bit and double check for edge cases close to your usage The existence of a site to shop among REPs is great but there are a few things that made it unnecessarily difficult The biggest thing that I think needs to be improved is adding the ability to enter an exact energy usage amount rather than just 500-1k-2k Many REPs have incentives for 1k kWh month so selecting 1k overly inflates the value of those offerings It would also be great to more clearly represent the actual base and per kWh cost in addition to the estimated cost per kWh that takes into account many more variables that may not be clear

Payless got me out of a bind

Payless got me out of a bind I placed the order a little bit after 4pm and they had service on within 20mins If this the kind of service I have to look forward then I know I will be very satisfied Keep up the good work

Alternative Options

Was having difficult locating a service that did apartment size and for terms of 12 months Every time I selected it would say that it was no longer available and would automatically offer me 1000sq ft offer instead of one that was similar size and for term length Had to cancel out every time and restart and select apartment size at least 3 times due to that

Flexible Power

I think that energy prices are very reasonable and I love that my rate is locked in for the next year But if anything it just goes to show the options available for everyone s situation I haven t experienced any outages or issues so so far so good

Trust this service

Trust this service Couldn t get the same 5-year rate I had before but was able to lock in a 2-year rate with another provider

Fast recommendations and fast same day service

Typed in my zip and alot of company s popped up clicked the one I preferred entered my information and within mins got approved for same day service let s pray it all goes to plan
