The Texas based agent was VERY helpful

My fixed monthly bill plan was expiring and I couldn tfind a similar plan so I called She was very helpful--went through my monthly usage for the last year and evaluated my actual needs Then she evaluated several plans and explained the different levels of billing for each and eventually identified a plan that best met our usage patterns and fully explained it Made the switch Very glad I called
