I loved how quickly I was able to connect my new service without the long phone wait Honestly took me less than 5 minutes and that s because I took longer to get my credit card The rate they offered was good

I was very pleased with the breakdown of prices and the ease of setting up services What I would like to see are comparisons of features and bonuses between 2-3 selections that would be nice Comparing price stability cost per KW summer vs winter pricing ease of set up availability by address paperless billing Autopay capabilities and customer service ratingAlso it would be great to include the other service providers like Ambient Energy and Reliant I know there s a few others too that weren t listed It s an excellent start to a comprehensive stop for McAllen residents Thank you for providing this resource
