I needed my electricity turned on ASAP

I needed my electricity turned on ASAP like before nightfall and I was able to switch to them and get confirmation that my account was indeed set up and will be activated before 9pm it was around 4 30pm when I made the switch and set up my account and I kid you not my whole house lit up within 30 minutes of setting it all up I m so impressed and very grateful for this company s excellent and quick services

SOMETHING FISHY

For some reason the day i started with 4CHANGEENERGY my usage magically increased approximately 35 Even when on vacation for 12 days with the AC off and nothing running at the house but 1 refrigerator and 2x 60W outdoor automatic lights Unexplainable I dont trust it and therefore 1 star - something seems fishy i am cancelling today after 1 year of this experience

Advertised pricing of plan I chose did not match at all what was quoted on your site Plan is much more like 3x what was estimated and trapped into it now due to early term fees Was told with my kwh usage plan would be around 100 per month and instead I m paying around 300 per month
