Great tool

Great tool Its integration with Hubspot allows us to easily make it part of our processes and systems The Dashboard feature is also very useful and provides interesting insights that help us assess our system The note and tag feature for the calls is also very helpful

Great product and value for money

Great product easy to use and to handle Works fine and scales easily Mobile app is sometimes somewhat unstable and integration with Hubspot is not always smooth therefore only 4 stars Otherwise really great product and we are very satisfied with cloudtalk

First Time Using Calling Software

I have never used calling software before I can say that this being my first go at it CloudTalk has greatly increased my call out volume I am currently part of a local non-profit Telefund raising campaign for our city s performing arts organization Last campaign we used printed sheets had to manually dial each number etc This time with CloudTalk s power Dialer and user friendly interface making calls adding notes and setting up callbacks has been a breeze I m able to dial out close to double the amount of calls in the same time frame using CloudTalk s Power Dialer I highly recommend CloudTalk

Great experience with CloudTalk

We have recently made the switch to CloudTalk form another VOIP provider as they ordered a much more comprehensive integration with our chosen CRM Pipedrive The intail setup was quick and easy and any questions were answered comprehensively by their support team We transferred our number from our old provider which was all dealt with by CloudTalk Again this was simple and straightforward and the porting team kept us up to date with the progress We are very happy with CloudTalk and would have not hesitation in recommending them to other businesses

Good for certain goals

Cloudtalk was good in terms of their integrations and simplicity to use Sometimes the sound was getting cut off but overall good experience

It is a great tool because is linked to HubSpot so you can dial directly selecting the person you want to talk to

Glad we made the switch

We made the switch to CloudTalk to try and ease a lot of our admin duties when it came to monitoring inbound and outbound calls The transition was smooth and it was easy to navigate the application for our team We receive quite a lot of calls on a daily basis so being able to see details relating to the caller as well as being able to link their details to Intercom to follow up is extremely useful for us

Great Phone Integration for HubSpot

Great Phone Integration for HubSpot UsersComing from a background that has had to do complicated dialer-integrations with other CRM s I ve really enjoyed the ease of use with CloudTalk It s very plug and play as far as third-party apps go You don t need to register numbers with Twilio you don t need to copy pieces of an API to make the UI do what you need you really just add it from the marketplace and it works PS I haven t used this for any large marketing sales centers I m using primarily for in-bound support and it s worked well for that purpose The staff is friendly helpful and if the app doesn t have something you may need- they will help you find a solution and even hard-code entries if necessary
