My overall experience with Cloud Talk is great

My overall experience with Cloud Talk is great It was very easy to set up my account and their phone app is user friendly But i did not like the fact that customer service through calling is not available to each customer i think they should work on this

Simple and good quality

Great integration with HubSpot and easy to use

Easy way to connect with clients and internally with your team I love the integration with HubSpot Super easy to find contacts and lookup previous calls notes while you are chatting with the individual Perfect for record-keeping and improving on customer satisfaction calls If clients provide permission for you to record their calls there are huge benefits to improving internal training processes seeing which areas of customer support need to be better managed and assists internal teams to work on the same accounts together If someone is away you can quickly fill in for the person exactly where they left off

Short experience but satisfying

I am using CloudTalk since one month at the beginning I had some issues with the connectivity and with the settings but the customer service helped me almost immediately to solve it Now Cloudtalk it s helping me a lot to do my job faster

Great plugin to talk to customers

Great plugin to talk to customers It is a great plugin that is easy to use It has eliminated the need to provide my personal number to customers Sometimes the call takes a couple of attempts to connect but overall it works very well

Cloudtalk is great for sales

I have been using CloudTalk in my role as an Account Executive for Sales company since August 2021 This platform had enabled me to meet my KPI s more efficiently as there is speed dial feature which means I can make lots of phone calls in a short amount of time The dashboard is also extremely useful as I can monitor stats which provide indicators of my performance The overall performance of Cloudtalk is exemplary and in comparison to other providers the cost is very low for the value it provides

Great Customer Service several tolerable bugs

While the customer service team is very supportive there are a few bugs that are a little hard to deal with but manageable Loving this app s ability to leave notes as I work with a small team Every feature you could hope for in an app built for 2020 But the connection to cell phone has some issues bugs that need resolution

Local phone numbers

I had the difficult task of finding a phone channel provider to get a local phone number After months of trials with almost all available products I came across Cloudtalk and I was lucky as it was easy to have a Spain local phone number without a lot of paperwork needed for example The integration was smooth and had all the functionality I was looking for the Support Team really helped me set it up quickly and they have the best prices out there both for the product and outbound calls I would recommend it 100
