Customer service was ok

Customer service was ok but we had a lot of issues with our service forcing up to close our account and use a different provider

Cutting off

The concept and app is great There seems to be a very bad bug going on Every phone call I made is cut off within 1 min of connecting through So it s not working for me

Good if it works

Good if it works With a variety of apps it s possible to answer calls both from the office and on a cell phone However there are a lot of weird random problems The voip client often just randomly stop working Calls will ring for coworkers but not on my screen until I reload the app Integration to external services has randomly stopped working No easy way to mark as available to be called without leaving ring groups Unable to change ringtones on the client Recommendations to others considering the product Probably a good solution for a dedicated call center but not for small departments companies The lack of flexibility in phone groups really hampers usage

1 Feels clunky Having to download separate files each time from a new browser tab instead of doing it all through the app itself Right-clicking on numbers don t do anything should include Add Contact or Edit Contact at least Can t add contacts on Contact Page 2 No mobile or WhatsApp support

Looks good from a distance but they re a mess internally

Cloudtalk is a young system that promises more than it can deliver They offer apps for all sorts of connection points and integrated systems for automation but once you get signed up you learn that most of it is beta software and it s SUPER glitchy The marketing team is propping up a half-built software system The iPhone and Desktop apps do not work reliably if-at-all The Phone app cannot transfer calls or take SMS messages properly It often just quits in the background on your phone so you don t even know that your phone cannot receive calls The system also drops entire call processes and never lets you know that someone tried to call I ve tried calling our own office and not been able to get through to my own desk through cloudtalk Their support chat service says average response time is 5 minutes but it usually is 2-4 hours or a couple days No explanation why They REFUSE to get on the phone to solve issues unless you pay 2x as much for an Expert account which is just a sign that they do not care about anyone but their premium customers They will NOT go out of their way to help you and it s clear that it s an inconvenience to them when you do ask for help I had a lot of faith in this company when we first saw a demo of Cloudtalk and thought that it would be perfect for us but they just put too many roadblocks in the way for us to continue using their service I don t feel like a valued customer I would have stuck with them through all of these service issues if they had actually made it easy to work with them while they tried to fix the issues with their system

I liked the service but do not recommend unless you are a business owner

I liked the service but I asked several times if it was available to a single person as I work for a company and do not own the company I wanted to pay for the service and upgrade after my demo but they will only sell it to you if you are a business owner or can give all the registration details of the business Therefore my demo ended up being a complete waste of time The sales staff is completely unwilling to work outside of those ideals

Tried the free trial

Tried the free trial and felt like Cloudtalk could work for our small business the free trial has ended we wanted to explore packages and use them going forward The customer service is terrible I have made numerous enquires and they have not got back to one i assume this is because we are a small company and not a high ticket client I did have a automated message saying their diary is completely full just sound very strange and could ve been dealt with much better
