They scammed us out of 2000

They scammed us out of 2000 They seemed very good and helpful until we paid our first bill Within an hour of paying our first bill they turned off our service with no reason Upon enquiry they stated it was because of fraud reasons however they gave no proof or further information When I requested a refund they refused to reply to our emails Horrendous experience

Useless service stay away

Cloudtalk is the absolute worst service we have ever used I think all the positive reviews must be fake because from our experience this app fails at even basic functions such as calling - the very thing for which we wanted to use it I can t speak about the desktop version as we didn t use that but the mobile app was completely useless It s simply not developed properly and even the team itself knows it s problematic Unfortunately we had signed up for a whole year in advance and during that year we experienced countless technical issues and there were many times when our clients could not reach us at all just because Cloudtalk was not working Completely unacceptable Their technical support was slow and not really helpful and our business suffered a lot because of this We could only relax after we switched to AVAYA as that is finally a professional and reliable solution for our company Do yourself a favour and stay away from Cloudtalk

Full of bugs and issues

Full of bugs and issuesSince we started using Cloudtalk 4 months ago there has been nothing but issues Some of our sales reps cannot receive calls when the bug was first reported it took several weeks before the development teams marked the issue as fixed but the issue persistet The dashboard is constantly not showing correct information Inbound calls are often never received and the caller waits for someone to pick them up I could go on with issues

Misleading pricing Over priced and Harassment

Misleading pricing information from plans to call charges They don t state clearly which currency you ll be billed in They harass you to provide passports and personal documentation despite providing ample evidence of business legitimacy Can t find itemized call list and charge through the roof for calls Cheaper to call from a landline Don t waste your money

Good luck trying to get an answer

The trial service is good Just being able to get to someone in their sales department is a hassle I think the nearshores not communicating to each other is terrible plus they might not understand time importance in the US - to cherry top it the demo gets over 6 days scheduled in advance at 9am due to no one having availability Then no-one from their team decides to join If this is sales side I cannot even imagine how the customer service side would be Really disappointing how bad client experience can kill a promising service

Avoid this company at any cost

Avoid this company at any cost First they suspended my account for no reason Now it s been 2 - 3 months they are continuously trying to charge my card even when I have asked them not to They make 3 - 5 attempts to charge my card everyday

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service People can t call you because there is 15-sec wait before real-time connection Cloudtalk specialists said that its normal for their service and this option is always auto on All problems got solved between they even looked into the matter Wasted money and Cloudtalk is banned by half of companies

Really bad performance

The Mac version does not work for me The mobile version is useless as it tends to call using your own phone sim card Really bad service When it works the voice quality is poor and often the other person can t hear you clearly After a few months without solution we are cancelling and never returning

Dishonest company

I paid for the monthly package to get a nigerian number next thing i saw they had chgarged my card for a whole comnplete year while i ensured i clicked the option that says i pay monthly so i was suporised when i saw a whole years billing taken of my card i immeditaly reached out to them on noticing the mistake and they are trying to black mail me saying my money is non refundable and that if at all they will refund my money i must pay 3 months I have never hearde of such rubbish in my life and i want my money back i payed for 1 month and that is all you will remove from my card faiulure to return the balance i will take you to court

If I want to know what cloudtalk thinks of me I grab a copy of the yellow pages and turn it upside down

initially it seemed ok to use Straight forward for the user etc However when my company has passed the point of no return that is when we realised that cloudtalk is just total rubbish The product never gets tested before any updates are released So its a roll of the dice whether it works or not 9 10 times the system doesn t work after one of their updates Their desktop app doesn t update either you have to manually install the newest version after an update Talking to their support staff it s obvious that their support staff don t know anything about anything Their brief is go into full denial and blame anything else although there has been many cases where the issue is with the system e g a problem where users cannot connect calls and this was caused by a security restriction on their servers that prevent connections over a certain amount from a single ip address Or being told that issues don t occur with apple devices when the issue is actually on their end Their staff do not talk to each other they don t keep notes on an issue so going into a meeting about an issue you get them going back to square one and telling you to turn off and back on any device with the issue So I ll shut down my network shall I Moreover they don t have the proper infrastructure to support all the customers they have with the service flaking out and having something akin to brownouts on the service To add to this there is a large delay on the calls to the point where it can be difficult having the conversations every time this is reported cloudtalk dismisses the issue Their uptime status is a lie they are very creative with their uptime reporting in order to protect their stats To make things worse they released a new wallboard for their product which is rubbish and broke all the urls so you can t listen to calls But apparently according to cloudtalk this isn t a problem Now they may reply saying something like they want to work on a solution however they have been completely ignoring me for over two years and treated me belligerently So frankly this product is a pile of manure I wouldn t wish it on my worse enemy Since writing this review I ve been subjected to another one of their system upgrades where they have changed their dashboard This has broken everything now we do not have access to call recordings or call data within cloudtalk links via the intregration with hubspot don t work Once again cloudtalk has been working on system features that no one has asked for nor wanted and broke everything due to a lack of testing
