Have been using Cloudtalk from past one year for my company situated in India Our work is related to the customer service and we need to call almost everywhere around the world and cloudtalk has been such a great software for our work and haven t created any lags or problems Their customer support team is great always fast in their promt response Thanks much for your service

Calls with my clients from literally anywhere

CloudTalk allows me to get inbound and outbound calls in the United States from Spain 1 USA phone number many minutes and a great platform make the 40 monthly payment ridiculous Make sure you have a good internet connection and you can get and receive calls with your clients literally from anywhere

Best option out there

CloudTalk easily solved our team s problem with call solution The app software is easy to use smoothly integrate with HubSpot for best management and eficiency Before getting to test CT we tried many other solutions on the market and I m happy to say the search ended

Easy and advanced

Started using Cloudtalk in my company over the last few months and I LOVE IT It is a super easy to use dialer with additional features including power dialer and insights reporting on the calls I like the layout and finding it easy to use also

Really happy with the service provided

Really happy with the service provided as a new system everyone in the office was very worried but cloudtalk and the integration with our CRM But their customer support is fantastic Helped us every step of the way Cloudtalk is performing really well and there has been no issues to report in the first few months of using the service Thank you guys

All in one solution without the hassle

CloudTalk has been a great product for us so far We upgraded from an archaic system and the benefits are endless We have found it so much easier to organize our contacts Simple things such as Called ID and it being integrated with Intercom have been unexpected additions The UI is really easy to use and the app is basic and does everything it needs to do without being over complicated

Wow it s amazing

CloudTalk is THE BEST cloud call center out there It gives you everything you can get for the right pricing and no minimum agents limitation like other platforms do The customer care is always ready to help with the live chat or the support email and they give you always great advices I also have set the integration with third party services like Make and webhooks to any service that supports them My thought is wow

Been doing 20k calls per month with this platform for over a year

Been using this platform for over a year now We make about 20 000 outbound calls per month with a small team Our experience has been pretty good We have not experienced any dropped calls and overall the call quality is good Requests for local phone numbers are handled quickly sometimes within 1 hr The user interface is a bit dated although the new statistics overview pages are very well designed Hopefully the rest of the user interface will follow Customer service via chat responds to questions in seconds also on weekends

Simple to use great service

Simple to use We had this installed in our company firstly recently after having a few issues with previous phone service providers This has been great from day 1 a simple interface quick and responsive for the whole company and no issues with country codes or bad signal etc Strongly recommend 10 10
