Worst customer care experience Takes days to reply they really even don t care to find solution probably the KPI of their team is just to answer Had reported few time from beginning same problems Guess - have they solved it No during 3 months only half automated replies with request to do their job you should send log notes record screen and etc requests which will solve 0 of your problems on the top strange policy of credits Even you pay 50usd per month per sales rep there is still quite strange rule of not covered area or etc which i asked to clarify 100 of times Most interesting is if balance is 0 but your plan covers the the outbound call - you are still blocked to call i think i am done with them hope they will improve in future for now I would give even 0 Stars
