Worst customer care experience

Worst customer care experience Takes days to reply they really even don t care to find solution probably the KPI of their team is just to answer Had reported few time from beginning same problems Guess - have they solved it No during 3 months only half automated replies with request to do their job you should send log notes record screen and etc requests which will solve 0 of your problems on the top strange policy of credits Even you pay 50usd per month per sales rep there is still quite strange rule of not covered area or etc which i asked to clarify 100 of times Most interesting is if balance is 0 but your plan covers the the outbound call - you are still blocked to call i think i am done with them hope they will improve in future for now I would give even 0 Stars

Worst VOIP phone for Australia DO NOT RECOMMEND There is a huge delay in the call Client can not even hear the initial greetings and you need to repeat the message over and over Has very bad onboarding experience with little or no support NOT FOR AUSTRALIA AT LEAST

I have been trying to contact this business for straight up 4 days now out of interest in the product but no one is answering the live chat on the website or the mail form i filled out

This is a scam

This is a scam they have taken annual payment without my consent and I was told it can t be refunded since their system does not support refunds After a few days they are saying that I have an annual subscription Be careful with providing your bank card details and I have instructed the bank to block the payments from this company

Request to Remove the Bad Review In Exchange for a Refund

In summary I had several issues with Cloudtalk integration with Pipedrive Customer service was trying to put the task on my to figure it out and reach Pipedrive support Another voip solution we tested worked perfectly so the problem was not in Pipedrive s end I requested a refund because we can t stop the business to figure this out We had to move to a solution that works For my surprise they are not ethical They said they WOULD ONLY REFUND IN CASE I REMOVED MY BAD REVIEW STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The app is full of glitches Avoid

The app is full of glitches and the call quality is very poor We have waited more than two months for them to port our number and they failed We have left speaking with different support agents to resolve the issue with no luck They are good at sending emails offering gift cards for reviews but not good at operation or customer care Avoid at all costs

This system just does not work

This system just does not work Calls don t come through and or connect and significant lags make the calls really awkward It s just not possible to have a conversation using Cloudtalk We ve been using it for about 12mths but just can t get it to work Should be plug and play considering it s cloud-based

Got banned with no reason Poor customer service

They banned me in the service because I ve got different IP addresses for my domain and for my registration Of course cause my webmaster is from another country All answers from technical support were like from robots They just copy-paste answers and didn t care about what happened at all

This service is a joke Sold us on all the normal services you get with a phone number however your voicemail you cannot make your own message So we asked to upgrade These aholes after 4 weeks were still unable to After further research they resell twillio service We cancelled and asked for a full refund they refused and continue to charge us Dont use cloudtalk Horrible service and horrible support

Most incompetent sales and service

Most incompetent sales and service departments I have encountered in a long time I wish I could post images of the birdbrained forth and back I have been have with 3 different representatives over the last 3 days No matter how simple and concisely I have ordered my two simple inquiries they are still answering as if I was asking something completely different I feel like I m part of some hidden camera show or they are making some sort of joke with me
