Does what it says on the tin

I bought car insurance from them directly was frustrated with comparison sites confused go compare etc Needless to say it was quick and easy and what I wanted Will be doing business again Cheers

Excellent service

We have insured our home and contents with CIS for many years now so have had a few claims which have always been met The first was for the tools in my husband s van an extension available on older policies over 25 years ago when they still employed agents The second was for a special expensive bicycle my son had built and taken to university and was stolen They were amazing for this claim as it was quite complicated The third for some small items I just lost no idea what happened to them and this week for the food in my large chest freezer which suddenly died The customer claims department has always been kind helpful and fair so as far as I am concerned they receive five stars

Excellent service

My son s bicycle was stolen - he had locked it up but when he went back for it the bike and lock were gone Co-op were excellent Really helpful advisor Paid out extremely quickly Very helpful and efficient

Magnificent service

I had my bike stolen from a community shed which was covered under my contents insurance Filled out the online reporting form without drama got a call from on operative a day later who confirmed my claim gave me an option to receive a cheque or bank transfer and even informed me unprompted that i could claim for the locks which would effectively wipe the 50 excess Seven days from start to finish and 5 of those were waiting for the money to arrive which i was informed about in the phone call In a world where financial conduct isn t usual these guys where spot on

They are not the cheapest but every time I have phoned them they have been easy to deal with knowledgeable and polite When we have had a non fault accident they were incredibly helpful and easy to work with When we have broken down their level of cover was so much better than the AA Definitely recommend

After being a customer for 3 years they

This review is regarding young drivers co op insurance Robbing company avoid at all costs The box makes up random numbers to prevent you from getting a getting discount For example I have had green scores for a week and my overall score didn t increase I got 1 amber score and the overall score decreased Which resulted in me having to pay 190 95 Absolute con robbing young people Please please take my advice and avoid this insurance company

Diabolical charged my account for 5 months after I cancelled

After being a customer for 3 years they refused to renew my policy are being 1 day let They claimed that they let me know of this but all I got was a text message and a letter on my dashboard telling me to call and pay That doesn t really imply that I won t be having my car insured anymore Tried to make a complaint but the staff were quite patronising Apparently they aren t accepting new sales yet their website says otherwise Very disappointed and won t be using again

Rude Unprofessional

Awful insurance company I called to cancel my insurance in March and they continued to take money from my account for 5 months robbing customers probably due to issues experienced with coronavirus broke down twice during my time with them and breakdown cover ect terrible AVOID this company they are thieves
