Nice easy cheap insurance the staff are polite the lines are easy to get though all questions answered and the self service portal is really easy to navagate around fantastic company i see alot of negative reviews but in my opinion this company is great

Its very hard to come find an Insurances

Its very hard to find Insurance Companies with staff that are so real kind caring understanding and willing to help in times of trouble Well the Coop Insurance for me are the best Ive had my share of Insurance companies but none like my trusted Coop Staff like TYLER you are amazing young lady Wow so kind caring with empathy ive never experienced or heard from anyone one in any company left me so grateful Tyler you are amazing Any staff ive spoken to have been lovely Never rude just want to help Thank you i love my Insurance company Im going to NO other insursnce company Well done Coop

For me they ve been great

For me they ve been great Over 2000 cheaper to insure our car with my 17 year old son as a named driver Less than 900 fully comp Price comparison sites were quoting on average 3000 for a year So far so good

I m a little confused over the mixed

I m a little confused over the mixed reviews for coop motor insurance I ve had nothing but positive experience so far and I ve been with them a good few years now I recently had a minor accident with a new car and I could not fault them whatsoever The situation was dealt with promptly As for customer service the two ladies I spoke to were extremely courteous and treated me with kindness and respect so much so that I felt compelled to seek out this page and give my honest opinion

Top tier customer service

Top tier customer service in my opinion On the three occasions I had to call they answered the phone within 2 minutes and they were extremely pleasant Extremely informative and helpful The only reason I had a small issue was due to the fact they weren t able to insure me when I come to change my car Though I understand as I was only 23 and the car I was getting was 40k However they did not charge me a cancellation fee which I feel was great If only I could have stayed I would have

Friendliest Insuarnce

Recently set up a new insurance policy with the CoOp after several days and not hearing anything from them thought I would give them a quick ring to make sure everything was in order or if they needed any documentation sending Spoke to Gemma who couldn t have been friendlier she assured me they had done their own checks and no documents were required fab She also sent me out a copy of my policy and helped me set up the registration for the online policy Breath of fresh air to deal with such a nice company no hassle whatsoever and Gemma couldn t do enough for me Been with the company for 1 week and have already recommended them to everyone I know Thanks CoOp

2 weeks ago today I had a terrible

2 weeks ago today I had a terrible accident on Xmas eve on the M4 motorway Today my pay out has been finalised Considering we have has Xmas and new years to slow the process down I am extremely happy with the outcome From start to finish co-op have been absolutely amazing contact me back when they say they will well and truly exceeded their pay out deadline staff a caring and friendly I will continue my policy with them for their great customer service alone I would highly highly recommend this company

Great Customer Service

Never had to make a claim touch wood as of yet but Phoebe Canadian Lady I think that s her name was super super nice and helpful when helping me renew my year s insurance She was very polite explained everything very clearly She even enquired about a cheaper price with her manager but to no avail even so this is by far the cheapest insurance I could find personally She walked me thru each step and confirmed everything back to me I am a Quality Coach for a Customer Care team of a well known fashion retailer and I wish she could come and do a masterclass on customer care with my advisors Thank you Phoebie
