I ordered a BikeErg back in Sept 2020 but due to Covid lockdowns affecting production and exceptional demands my only option was to join a waiting list which I had no problem in doing as I had fully expected delays I received an email every week updating my status on the list and then earlier this month I hit the top of the list and I could place my order I was emailed a private link to the shop and placed my order Due to the pandemic the delivery was also a little longer than expected but no money was charged to my credit card until the product was actually dispatched It arrived today 27Jan and I was immediately impressed by how well the product was packed As I unpacked the contents I could easily tell the construction was of a high quality Even the fixings and provided tools were very good quality Assembly was really simple I managed it in a space only slightly bigger than the assembled bike itself Connecting to my pc I used an ANT dongle the online log book my phone strava and zwift was also very simple and in no time at all I was on my first exercise routine I am absolutely delighted with my BikeErg and would have no problem recommending Concept2 and their products to anyone The delivery company they used ArrowXL were also superb

Highly sort after gym equipment Company staff are very helpful and delivery and invoicing excellent

Would highly recommend the Concept 2 Model D Rower Not only do you get the rower but you can sign up to challenges online and download all your data to an online logbook via your app and the computer monitor on your rower Concept 2 also send you daily workouts to your email It s an easy rower to store you can split it in half easily and a fantastic workout

Late review Ordered Model D indoor rower last year Was put on a waiting list for about 3 months which I had no problem with Received weekly updates on the status and eventually a private link to make the purchase The order arrived pretty quickly after it was placed The wait was well worth it

Ordered a BikeErg in early November knowing there would be a considerable wait But wanted to buy at the proper price from Concept2 rather than pay an excessive amount to a sleazy scalper on an internet auction site Received email each week keeping me informed of my progress up the waiting list When time came I was sent a private link to make the purchase Concept did not take funds until the BikeErg was dispatched unlike some other suppliers who take payment at time of pre-order The accessories I purchased toe clips and water bottle holder were very reasonably proiced Delivery by Arrow XL worked very well The BikeErg itself is an absolutely excellent bit of kit Easy enough to complete assembly and set up the logbook and the ErgData app Gives a good workout and feels sturdy and safe Really pleased with purchase One of the accessories I ordered arrived broken Concept2 replaced without fuss and it arrived within a couple of days Great bit of kit good customer service I would highly recommend

I echo so many reviews on this page I placed my name on the Concept2 waiting list for a RowERG and as they promised I received a weekly update telling me how the waiting list was moving Once I was top of the list my link to buy was sent across and it was as simple as any other online transaction Communication from C2 and their delivery partner ArrowXL was excellent and the device was delivered 30 minutes after they called to say they re 30 minutes away When I ripped the box open as you do I found a very easy to use diagram 8 Torx bolts and a driver for them Only criticism I d make here is I d like a spare sachet of locktite as when you re a bit dribbley and excited you may put things together upside down and strip the locktite off the screws Now on to the machine itself It s pro equipment which means a bigger footprint It s also better calibrated than my old rower meaning that I m doing nearer 5km than the 9km I thought I was regularly doing so in that respect it s set me back a little but it s a great machine and feels solid The biggest struggle I have is finding the right drag factor to consistently hit slower stroke rates but I m two days in to ownership so I m sure I ll find a Shane Farmer video or two that sorts me out Thank you for being what you say you ll be It s easy to see why you ve been the market leader for 30 years

I have never received better customer service in my life After searching desperately for a rowing machine to get me through another shielding lockdown and give me some needed focus away from the horrible c word diagnosis I ve become an expert in rowing machines To be honest I tried to justify about 8 machines lower in price tried a few out scoured the second hand market and even found a huge market of knock off machines that are rebranded by loads of sporting companies beware of those Rebranded Chinese Air-Rowers these cost about 300 direct from China and many scam companies stick their name and even Concept 2 s on and are selling them anywhere from 500 to 1000 also beware dissapointed people selling these second hand PS They re very bad I eventually conceded there really is no point in scimping out on anything cheaper while saving up the last bit of cash There s a reason Concept 2 rowing machines are in every gym it truly is a fantastic rower and Sophie is probably the best person you could ever hope for at the end of an email Thank you I can guarantee that if you buy any other rower you ll be disappointed

Purchased an ERG Rower this summer there was a short waiting list for the order due to wanting the longer legged version Communication from the comany was good via email keeping me informed of order time and delivery Was contacted by their specialist courier to arrange a delivery date and time all went to plan The product is great quality as expected No issues so far

Good quality product and service for the classic industry standard rowing machine Everything as it should be with no nonsense marketing and communications for one of the best and most reliable and high quality all body workout machines available
