Terrible

Terrible Pre-ordered FFVII Rebirth and several days ago asked when it would be shipped I was assured it would be dispatched 23th 24th Today I get an email saying there is a delay the day before release Keeping customers updated is key to a successful business one day prior is not I m now stuffed as its too late to go elsewhere Definitely lost a customer today

Bad experience from start to finish Pre ordered a game back in December and heard nothing until launch day when recieved an email to say that the stock was delayed I thought fair enough these things happen I did really want this title for launch day hence the pre order but if its a few days late I can live with that however what wasn t clear is that they are not a uk company and the package was coming from Denmark this then took over 2 weeks to get to me and has now arrived with a damaged box and without the pre order bonus Midgar bangle as advertised so not only was it very late damaged but also the whole thing didn t arrive spoke to customer services throughout the process and after waiting around half an hour to get on the online chat each time they could seem less interested Bad communication bad customer service bad company won t use again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE in any case I found a cheaper option of fragrance here and decided to order for my friend s birthday But the price difference does not worth the stress time I ve went through I ordered a perfume but money got back to me and they say that the product is not in stock and will be later I ordered again same thing happened In total I ordered 4 times because I thought that previous orders are canceled since money are reverted I gave up and ordered from Douglas since it was already months since birthday An only now 2 5 months since my first order they charged me 356 euro And sent me the package which i didn t even recieve Support center didn t help me at all and I ama a student left with no money and negative balatfor next 5 weeks

I have just checked down the list of reviews on Trustpilot for this company First using myself and I m also a FFVII Rebirth preorder which has also been screwed by this company I preordered this months ago and my dispatched order has been stuck in limbo for over a week No update or compensation Where has my order gone I m expecting the same half hearted auto-generated reply which is poor customer service when you clearly have had a big issue and not willing to explain or compensate customers

Hadn t heard of the company before so checked trust pilot first Ordered an item and it still hasn t arrived and the tracking is showing as not received Have tried to contact the company on the website live chat and contact us form so far no one has responded

Ordered deluxe FF 7 rebirth for collector s value Case came damaged Options they gave 9 refund or send item back and refund for money No chance to get a new one at all Shipment in first hand took 12 days Took the 9 and trying to hunt for non damaged case second hand

If you ever want a new game on time

If you ever want a new game on time never ever use this company Final Fantasy VII Rebirth didn t arrive until Friday 15th March and the launch date was the 29th February They used every excuse under the sun as to why it is delayed I ve had parcels ordered from similar parts of the country where they are based Denmark which had arrived quicker Received no DLC is included I email them and told was it sealed They are clueless One email I got from Square Enix states the onus is on the retailer to distribute codes that that are sent codes digitally from them

I have been a regular customer

I have been a regular customer for several years recommended Coolshop to friends colleagues I bought Dr Hauschka products at lower than available in U K I recently tried to reorder my usual products but there was only a small number of items available I enquired why this was after I ordered was told they were not stocking any more products according to their buyer Then another operative emailed me saying Coolshop no longer sold these items to th U K I looked and all items had been removed overnight Very disappointed to say the least

Childrens bike arrived partly built incorrectly marks on bike so I assume someone else had returned it The pedal was damaged and bearings gone so I had to take it straight to a bike shop to be repaired in time for my daughters birthday No response to complaint sent 12 days ago so far I havent received a request for more information as detailed in their response below - order no 89574704

I haven t recived my order and the online status shows that I have to pick up from service point There is absolutely no information where to pick up my package Also there is no telefon contact and the chat box doesn t work I am living in Venlo amd I dont know where is service point
