I ordered a toy for Christmas from a cool shop uk company and it is actually in Denmark so delivery is over a week and no tracking number from Royal Mail yet so as it looks all good don t order and expect it to be here within a week

Nie wieder

At the start went everything smoothly with ordering I got updates about my order per email its being prepared its read etc then the package was sent as a return with Hermes After 2 days the Hermes tracking stopped in my return is being processed I wrote an email to the shop but did not get any answer I used the chat function and i got the answer yes we will answer your email Again i did not get any answer on my email I used the chat again and on my question where is my package i got the answer we cancel your order and send you your money back in 30 days I asked why and the answer was because the package is being sent back to us On my question why it was sent as a return on the first place i got no answer I got 250 points in the shop as a gift for the inconvenience which are 2 5 Euros discount for buying again in the shop After the chat i got an email with the cancellation and fortunately the paypal refund was fast Nope i wont buy again from you

I tried cancelling an order

I tried cancelling an order but that didn t go through for some reason Then I tried returning the product I ve been waiting 6 days and I don t have an update on the location of the package or how long it will take Coolshop has friendly customer service but they re not very good at alleviating my concerns The shopping experience was good but returning and cancelling an order has been a longer process and bigger hassle than I expected I would order from here again but only if there isn t any doubt in my mind as to whether I will not have to return the product

Not happy

Bought a Senseo coffee machine the detail that it would have a European two pin plug was somewhere in very small print somewhere so I now have to shell out for an adaptor Not happy with this company and will probably avoid using it again If you are UK based and buying electricals make sure it is what you want before committing

Big pre order let down

Order number 88427368Unfortunately I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer Rich My pre order was delayed when I was expecting to receive this item by the 23 06 23 at the latest Have now learnt the company Coolshop are not based in the uk and the customer service agent has said this could take up to a further 6-10 working days Knowing pre orders were going to be delayed they have still chosen to use one of royal mails slower delivery methods with no intention in this reaching you anywhere near the date it should have My advice pay a bit more and use a reputable site for pre orders to ensure you get your item when expected

I ordered an item that was suppose to

I ordered an item that was suppose to arrive on Tuesday morning and I see that Coolshop did actually it send it with the shipping company the next day but it got lost and went back and forth and it s Thursday and didn t arrive yet It might not be Coolshops fault but it is indeed annoying as this should have been a gift and now it s late I did call the shipping company and they are tracking the package I don t think I ll order anymore

No English language instructions

Parcel arrived in time however there were no instructions in English which absolutely ruined the experience of getting the magic mixies magic cauldron to work properly I was so looking forward to seeing their faces as the magic spell worked but it was a just guesswork without the spell or magical story really disappointing

My order has been sat at Sender

My order 89377117 has been sat at Sender Dispatching Item for a week I wish I d read the reviews now as it hasn t even made it to Royal Mail yet - it was intended to be a Christmas present and had plenty of time if I was actually dispatched on time Not even sure about how to go about a refund of my 119 at this point as Customer Service is shocking Edit - Hi Sven here is my order number 89377117 - I did send an email yesterday I would appreciate a refund please

Don t expect a delivery

Good prices but no sign of my pre-order Was supposedly dispatched several days ago but it s not even been received by Royal Mail No mention when buying that that you can be looking at over 3 weeks for delivery but they re more than happy to cheerfully tell you this when you try to find out where your item is Garbage
