Disappointing Experience with Cool-Shop I recently had a frustrating encounter with Cool-Shop s customer service Their lack of understanding regarding the Dutch postal service led to significant delays and confusion with my order Despite reaching out for assistance I received unprofessional responses that failed to address my concerns adequately Basic comprehension of international shipping logistics is essential for any e-commerce business especially when catering to customers outside of Denmark Unfortunately Cool-Shop s failure in this regard greatly impacted my overall satisfaction with their service

FF7 Rebirth Deluxe Edition - Damaged during delivery

Received my physical copy of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Deluxe Edition after 5 days of delay The outside Box is completely damaged on the front right upper side No wonder it was shipped in a padded bubble envelope smh

Coolshop UK needs a major update

Coolshop UK needs a major improvement waited 15 working days for delivery however the game I ordered was about 30 pounds cheaper than any uk retail shops They need to do more tracking and update their tracking more quicker and make sure all parcels are 100 delivered before the maximum 12 working days Please highlight in big writing on pre order games that the gamewill not be delivered on time There customer service chats were very good but they should have better answer why tracking has not been updated for 17 days

I wouldn t use these people again

I would not order from these people again due to the poor customer service and lack of information The item I ordered was delivered today and was okay but as this was a present for our grandson it was touch and go Only order if you have loads of time and don t mind losing the money

Good product long shipping and no tracking

Price and quality of the product ordered where fine The suggested shipping time was 2-6 working days - and indeed it almost took 2 weeks from the time I placed the order until I received the package This is due to the fact that the shop warehouse is physically located in Denmark The shipping confirmation emails sent from Coolshop made the impression that it was possible to track the parcel This is not true The status always remained the same and did not even change after the parcel was delivered This is very misleading and useless

The delivery took forever

The delivery took forever It was supposed to be two days but it took a lot more

A bad situation sorted hopefully by customer support

I bought 2 controllers months ago The payment came back and automatically I thought they were cancelled A few months later I saw a deal again on the PS5 controllers I bought 2 more All of a sudden I was getting charged for 4 controllers I was not sure what was happening The emails were pretty threatening saying they gonna send this off to some department to add late fees etc This just irritated the hell out of me The communication of this company is terrible The only times I got mails was for my order and when they wanted money Nothing in between stating that my order is still live or they are coming etc I think its basic knowledge that a break down in communication leads to bad things Anyway paid again for the new 2 and then they asked for more money Didn t understand why It took a good while of back and forth to see that my months old order was still live Anyway I mailed back and forth with a dude called Mathias This guy deserves a medal and a promotion Should take the job of some of these wonderful leaders in this fine establishment to be honest because he helped fix their blunders Your communication should be better Like other companies Anyway it seems to have an end in sight Mathias has said that he has sorted everything personally and that this nightmare is over So 5 stars for Mathias and a Zero for Coolshop Guys an asset to your company Customer support could be quicker Days waiting back and forth but Mathias didnt leave until this was sorted Slow but Fantastic customer support leaves this story in a bit of a positive light Never again but hats off to you Mathias Moral of the story When you order something from here and your money gets refunded and months go by Dont just assume your order is dead They want that cash Stop the damage control and fix your communication I can add the email here if you would prefer people make up their own minds I have no problem with this There is an opportunity to never allow this to happen again yet it falls on deafened ears and instead of trying to be better or acknowledging the problem you go straight to damage control I re reviewed this from 1 to 3 because of one person who helped but these mechanical replies don t help Stop please

The switch selection and the prices are

The switch selection and the prices are good but my god the packaging leaves a lot to be desired I spent over 200 on switch games and they were just thrown loosely into a bubble mailer No care given at all You could at least pack them in a box That will be the last big order I place with coolshop
