Did NOT receive package - NO address at shipment
I ordered several shampoos conditioners After days of waiting the package finally arrived to London and was passed to Royal Mail However Royal Mail had to return it back to the company as there was no address on it and they did not know where to ship When I try to email or contact the company to understand where the package is Coolshop tells me that it was delivered despite the fact that the place where it was delivered is clearly not my address I have never seen the package it was never delivered to me It has been several days since RM shipped products back the company still has not confirmed where the package is at The response to my emails takes days and the chat keeps referring me to emails I am really tired at this stage how long a customer supposed to wait for the product to arrive and why should the customer keep trying to contact the company and force to resolve the delivery issue instead of company proactively working on the problem and doing everything they can to fix a mistake they made I would like a refundUpdate company offered refund and it came in several business days Thank you
