I spoke to the team of over a number of weeks ensuring they could provide the service I required Once I signed up it was quick and easy and the staff I dealt with were fantastic overall A special mention to the installation teams who went out of their way to ensure all was good in the fibre fitting George and Connor who did the final connection again were great throughout Cannot recommend them enough

It s not all hype

Country Connect have been fast and efficient from the point of order right through to installation and beyond Very helpful friendly staff and we re achieving internet speeds we never thought we would see in Caerleon VOIP quality is brilliant too Cannot recommend highly enough

Comparison before changing providers for both price and standard of service

Having been with BT some 30 years for pleasure employment working from home and now retirement use time came to renew review our broad band use and contract Imaging the surprise when BT informed us that improvement to our service was going to be late 2026 and increase in price After review and recommendations we chose Country Connect Very impressed with the no pressure approach and the managed stages of installation to change over day Professional and pleasant staff arrived introduced themselves and talked us through the installation process A lot smoother than anticipated Discussed set up location and discussed our requirements and equipment used Each engineer had their roles and set about their respective tasks checking their and our connections as they progressed Speed tests gave an impressive 300Mbs service at point of entry compared to a lucky 24Mbs with BT at a third of the price and removal of multiple pieces of equipment to provide a superior broad band supply Tests around the house showed excellent coverage where needed Engineer linked up our Sky equipment showing us the steps to take for other household equipment Followed up after 2 weeks installation and can report our complete satisfaction with the excellent service professional installation and pleasant staff

Friendly customer service staff Engineer George called to say he was on the way and arrived when he said he would Very friendly informative tidied up after himself Returned the next day to complete the installation - due to no fault of their own Worked around my work hours George and Jeff finished installing were polite friendly and went out of their way to check everything was working and ready to go before they left I ve gone to change the tv broadband setting and the connection strength shows EXCELLENT we ve never had that - so a brilliant start for us Brilliant service and very impressed so far

I will always use Country Connect for my broadband supply Not only are they a friendly voice on the end of the phone but they can handle issues with Open Reach which seem to be inevitable with ease Low contention connectivity means you always get great speeds even in the early evening

Country Connect have done a great job with my installation inside and out Nothing was too much trouble I must say I have had trouble with the speed but I am getting the speed I pay for at the point of entry but due to my personal setup I am only getting half the speed The guy s at CC have been great with their support and progress is being made to overcome the problem It s great to be able to phone someone local without waiting in a queue a great improvement on other providers support I would recommend Country Connect 100

We use Country Connect to supply 900Mb fibre to our office The customer service is second to none and their ability to work with Open Reach is fantastic Consumate experts who aren t afraid to jump on the phone and quickly help out
