Renewed my broadband subscription for another 2 years with Country Connect Splendid service over the past 2 years They sorted my initial problem in locating the existing ducting that had been lost following house renovations The quality of signal has been exemplary and the availability of their 24 hour help line is a tremendous asset Nothing is too much trouble for this customer focused company

Excellent service Internet was installed and connected within two days of first contact Discussed fully the plan for installation and kept informed of an issue which was fixed in a more than timely manner Customer service was above and beyond

Just would like to say a big thank you on the quick connection and set up with country connect today 2 very pleasant engineers Connor and George who came on site really pleased with the service Having been stressed with sky for the past 3 or so months my mind is at rest If this morning is anything to go by I know I ve made the right decision

Unbelievable service from country connect Phase 2 installed today by their engineer George Advised upon arrival of what was to be installed for my 900 mbps broadband George was extremely polite and consulted me with the siting of fibre cable and positioning of router throughout thd installation Kept the interior spotless following drilling and installation Going live on 2 November and cannot wait for the enormous Internet speeds offered by country connect Vast improvement to my existing 50 mbps speed offered by BT
