Recently offered a new contract on the phone Received a very vague letter about it not dated no details of tge contract end date etc I rang to cancel it within tge 30 period allowed and person on tge phone went off to speak to my account manager Avoidin my issue methinks Well bad luck them Whatever it takes I will achieve what I want and show them up for what they are a sleazy company

These people are scammers Claim to pay off your outstanding contract then don t Just the worst company I have ever dealt with Avoid any call from Martin newburyEditI have had to pay my previous supplier directly under threat of court action They Claimed to have paid this bill and offer no proof Business contract given - why I m not a business Reimburse me the money due Until then I will continue to utilise every asset at my disposal to call out this sham of a company

An utterly rubbish company
Signed a new contract in july for 14 a month including vat only to be charged 28 vat a month in 4 months i have over payed 102 Crown blame O2 and O2 blame Crown phoned emailed text Crown and managed 2 replies O2 are also no help told them if not sorted by November i would cancel direct debit which i did the next payment was due on the 27th December that didnt get payed again 33 60 and not 14 just been cut of on the 9th January i had been with them since 2018 this is how they treat you stay clear in my mind they are in breach of contract

I have been trying to contact Crown Communications for nearly two weeks I was sold a 3 year contract less than six months ago one major selling point being that I was told there would be no price rise for 18 months I have recently received an email from o2 saying that my tariff is to rise on the 1st April Rather worryingly Martin Newbury s email now comes back as address not found as does customer enquires Also the website seems to have disappeared I have to say I share the concerns of a lot of the people who have put negative reviews I had a very bad feeling shortly after signing the contract and I now think it s all coming to light

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I was tricked into changing to their business tariff by Martin Newbury who I believe has now left the company The next day I tried to exercise my cooling off period and cancel - they said that O2 did not do cooling off periods This is untrue - I have since tried to call them 33 times sent 4 emails and even completed the contact us form on their website - no response at all I even went to the address quoted on their website from what I can see there is no sign of this business at that address I have reported them to Companies House who have stated they will investigate this
