I recently booked a return flight with Crystal Travel via Skyscanner This is the first time I ve used them and so far their follow-up of customer service by email has been good I will write another review if I have direct interaction with their team

Booking was easy for me but my mum

Booking was easy for me but my mum booked her tickets exactly 2 minutes later and the price went up by 60 so that was disappointing She had to rebook with another travel agent The website could be more straightforward as the add ons had to be removed instead of letting me select them So a mixed experience though So good but could be better

I am a first time customer I was a bit sceptical due to bad experiences I have had booking tickets online However Ronald who dealt with me was so experienced and professional at his job he took the time to talk and guide me throughout the process I will now continue to use your service and recommend it to others

After having problems trying to finalise my booking using the online system Zara from Crystal called me to ask if I needed help Zara was able to do the booking for me and confirmed everything by email What a nice surprise to find a company with customer service that is actually good

Efficient staff

I used crystal travel agency 4 times and really happy with their services Specially with their staff like Sergio Ronald amber and recently ricardo was very professional and gently person who answered all my queries in very efficient manner I will be definitely using them for all my travelling

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to rearrange our travel plans Ryan was very patient and efficient he managed to resolve My tip would be to book a flexible ticket to save any stress if you need to make any amendments
