I bought a pair of mens salmomon x ultra 4 mid boot i bought it for the portugal camino i have just finished walking it last week i was cleaning my boots and i noticed the heel is worn down to the colour underneath i have never experience this with my older salmonom boots and i still wear them i am dissapointed to see this with my new pair have you had this complaint from any other customer i feel i should avd got more wearing out of them

I have just ordered a product from Deporvillage I have had previous items with no problems with this order I have had a customs charge of 40 pounds with which I am not happy not been charged on any others previous orders

I want to share my experience with DeporVillage The delivery was fast which is a good thing However I wasn t aware of the return conditions I got a good deal on my purchase but I ended up paying almost 20 euros for the return If this information had been clear from the start it would have been okay But in this aspect DeporVillage falls short compared to other platforms like Zalando and Amazon What s important to me is communication and transparency

Everything else was great --- but the delivery was scheduled to a wrong address

Everything else was great --- even the customer service responded quickly to my messages --- but Deporvillage sent my order to my old address where I have not lived for more than three years I ve ordered from them before to my new address and always received my items here They said they can t change the address and I couldn t either I had to rely on the attentiveness honesty of the delivery driver so that they wouldn t deliver my order to a complete stranger Luckily as he did not see my name on the mailbox he called and asked for my new address Thanks Colissimo I still don t know what happened I used Paypal to pay the order and that s where the delivery address should have come from
