I m happy about my delivery and products except a mistake on the second delivery they took the adress of the relay point instead of mine And something bothered me it s that they registered my credits cards numbers when i never give my authorization about it

Good product choice and rapid low cost delivery ONLY problem was that one of the delivered items was not exactly the same as depicted on the website Same manufacturer but not quite the same product The information is not entirely accurate and needs to be updated Hopefully this is unusual

I am resumitting my poor review because of swift favourable action by The company Brought an Oakley rucksack from this website only to have it break snowboard strap rip off the first time I used it Requested a refund and now they have we waiting weeks for them to context their supplier under warranty Absolutely ridiculous They should have accepted an immediate return refunded me the full amount for a faulty purchase and dealt with their supplier themselves
