Very difficult to return an item The first time I tried to return an item it was cancelled by deporvillage after I enquired by email why it hadn t been picked up 3 days after it was supposed to be I was advised by email to take it to a collection point instead I arranged home return collection as i don t live near any collection points The 2nd time I tried the return again the box was collected late and there is still no tracking info on my account Absolute hassle Will not use the site again Update thank you for your reply deporvillage but I have had no correspondence from you whatsoever My return parcel is still in transit somewhere I have the collection paperwork but no refund from you and tracking info still says waiting for return
