D porvillage good price shipping company GLS very bad

D porvillage has good price and is fast to process and deliver orders however they use GLS to ship orders GLS in France is very bad and many customers complain about them stolen item relay delivered without informing customers packages throwed in gardens Deporvillage change your shipping company

Hi Deporvillage I placed an order no - 900085289 over two weeks ago and it still is being processed by you not even dispatched At this point I dont want to wait any longer could you please cancel the order and refund me I have also sent you an email 3 days ago with no reply Thank you

Bad after sales service

I have ordered an article on 12 February By mistake I forgot to enter the house number The mistake has been corrected three times but still the ordered article hasn t arrived The communication with deporvillage is terrible After sales service is very bad After this review Deporvillage took action and delivered the article the next day They could have avoided this bad review by acting when they received the first mail But I ll give them 2 stars more for resolving the problem So from 1 to 3 stars now

Not accommodating customer needs

I have ordered a swimsuit over the weekend and after completing the order I found out the estimated date of delivery was going to be the following Thursday which is the only day of the week I am not at home I contacted immediately the client support service of Deporvillage in order to have the shipment delayed by a day The service however dryly adviced me to contact the carrier Which I did once the shipping details arrived a couple of days later There was no reaction from the currier so I wrote again to Deporvillage this time to a real email address On this occasion they replied that they will get in touch with the currier and ask for the delivery to be delayed by a day In spite of all efforts the suit was delivered Thursday today I am now in the office waiting impatiently to get home in the hope the parcel will still be there in front of the entrance For this lack of forthcomingness I rate Deporvillage only 3 stars

Not perfect but ok

I received what I ordered and the price was good so that was all fine The negatives i it took a very long time to arrive perhaps that was Brexit though so it s possible that normally things arrive sooner and ii once you order you are on their mailing list and you simply cannot get off it they send you promotional emails every day my multiple requests to unsubscribe have all been ignored and I ve had to resort to blocking them in my gmail not the end of the world but just annoying

Great service and price but make sure you order the correct size

Ordered a few products from this company and very happy with most One cycling jersey was to small so I had to send back at a cost of 15euro on top of 15euro already paid for delivery If I want a size change I can only get a refund and I have to reorder again 15euro delivery again This leaves it a very expensive jersey It would be great to offer a free size change

I had previously used the website to make an order I then received daily emails telling me of the black Friday sale where an extra 10 discount would be given up until midnight on the Sunday An order was placed on the Sunday evening where I ordered 6 items but it took an hour due to the website not being very user friendly The extra discount applied was 5 good but not what was advertised over and over

Bons produits et envoi rapide Mais mauvaise politique de retours tout est payant et votre responsabilit Service client quasi inexistant n ayant recours qu des courriels automatiques ne r pondant pas aux questions Probablement OK si vous tes en Espagne ou en France viter l tranger Good products and fast shipping But poor returns policy everything is chargeable and your responsibility Almost non-existent customer service using only automatic emails that do not answer questions Probably ok if you are in Spain or France to avoid if you are abroad

Resolved by helpful staff

I ordered a bike computer on the 15th of January that arrived today I had written a bad review as l was concerned that l was not going to receive my item and that it would be a nightmare trying to get a refund However l do believe that the problem was with the logistics company and not Deporvillage their staff have been very helpful in resolving my issues hence why l have changed my rating

Delivery was late as promised

Delivery was late as promised eventhough it showed stock when ordered online When the packaged arrived I found that a few gels were leaking and the complete inside was sticking to each other packaging wasn t done properly seems like 20 gels amd 10 energy bars were thrown in the box and shipped
