We had digital board for 14 months No local content had been added that we did not directly demand require from them We spoke to rep and asked about process to return the board and all of a sudden within 6 days they have all sorts of local stuff added and are calling businesses all over the local area to sell advertising space We are still waiting to hear about how we go about returning the board

We had a very rough time creating this ad with this team It took weeks between responses they never cc d me on each email as the designer working with them and when specific feedback was given through a written email and a recorded screenshot video it wasn t properly applied and we had to ask for the same edit multiple times 2 stars because we finally did get to what we requested just 2 months later

Terrible company Poor standard of editing Initial call they said they were from a local gp surgery but the surgery had no knowledge and had not yet agreed to the advertising board in their surgery salesman lied about hidden costs and length of contract Still no live advert Avoid at all costs Since speaking to direct digital we have come to an agreement to end the contract after 1 year I cannot comment on anything else as it hasn t been resolved yet

Terrible product service or just a full blown scam Heres my experience TLDR -Main points -Zero proof of ads being live provided -No sales made in over 16 months - I have tracked any interaction with my ads via trackable QR codes and there were ZERO interactions -Advert placement just isn t worth it Firstly they know they aren t providing a quality service as the person on the phone did seem a tad embarrassed by the zero proof of services rendered being offered Direct digital offer to create videos for you which they will do quickly and to a useable standard but they are by no means high quality They are all outsourced to places where English isn t a primary language which results in constant written errors on videos You will be called up in the early set up phase to give 5 star feedback on the service SO FAR Looking at the reviews this is to combat all the 1 star reviews Which are totally understandable I am no stranger to spending money on advertising But i ve zero scans on the trackable QR codes I attached to my ad videos and this simply does not happen in any other route we have taken I was offered 2 locations for the price of 1 over a 2 year contract I agreed to it all as it was affordable to us It is NOT affordable to the average Sole trader if it yields zero results What really baffles me is this I was given NO PROOF that my adverts were even active That is crazy to pay out for something with no proof that the product is performing or that it even exists I took this one on the chin as a lesson not to use any services that use limited time frames for you to accept their offers Edit After writing this initially I have made contact with one of the locations to find that advertising is present However the fact remains that my advert is not being interacted with and certainly no sales from that location have resulted I would need to attend the site myself impractical to see where the screen is placed as I am left questioning if the details of the adverts are even being seen In theory this is a good service and the early phase of the services went smoothly but the results just aren t there for most people to justify the cost The 2 year contract is just an outdated bullying tactic to maintain income when standards of operation are just low Evaluation This product is genuine but not worth paying for in experience They should not in good conscience continue at this low standard

After a rocky start Vinayak Sharma was able to resolve my issues and help get back on track

Had a few issues with this company but after speaking to a manager and discussing my concerns the issues were settled promptly and to my satisfaction

I have had a mixed experience with Direct Digital as I was in quite a vunerable position when sold this advertisement and I have not gained any customers at all through the process When I realised that this advert was not going to work for me and that I could therefore not afford the payments I was unable to cancel it and so have ended up paying for the 2 year contract and essentially spending money for nothing Having said that Rebecca Clegg in the credit control department has been an absolute pleasure to communicate with and has been incredibly flexible and patient with me through some very tough circumstances Massive thank you to her for all of her assistance

Direct digital is a great way to advertise your business It can target a certain audience you re looking to draw in and can easily capture the attention of someone passing by However I found that the advertisement creative team was a little sloppy It took many proofs before I was able to confirm that the ad was good enough to air Multiple spelling errors and defragmented sentences had to be corrected numerous times I also felt my completed ad did not have nearly as much effort put in to it as other ads that were shown to me that hooked me to purchase in the first place

We only gave this a 3 star because of the problems we encountered in trying to obtain a refund Jenine who took our deposit was very unhelpful after she had got the deposit We were not happy with the receptionist whos manner was not right and all he kept saying was oh well and then would say I didn t mean it like that but I am on the understanding that Receptionists should be polite and courteous with clients when talking things over on the phone We were also told by the receptionist that our deposit was non-refundable We eventually got through to Sumit who really was helpful and who we would like to thank Sumit was ever so helpful he was true to his word working with Kate to finally get our refund to which we are very grateful

It s a good system however could be better enhancement by having speakers installed Extremely limited with the amount of information videos that can be uploaded Our dedicated Customer Services representative is extremely helpful and swift to rectify any issues that may arise
