New customer experience with Direct Digital Customer care

I signed up to a contract with Direct digital and had some initial issues with the outcome of the sales process which I brought to the customer service team attention Some things were not as transparent as they should have been Mr V Sharma stepped in resolved the majority of issues to my satisfaction and took over the management of my adverts overseeing their release to production which went very smoothly Whilst I am still in the early stages of my contract at the moment I am looking forward to the next stages of our work together

Excellent communication

Excellent communication throughout the initial process Brilliant when any changed needed to be made Was only a little disappointed that I had paid for year 1 as a lump sum and then a monthly payment was still taken this is still unresolved and awaiting a refund

Good communication from the team

Good communication from the team however I didn t really see a positive impact from the advertisement They were good to extend my advert when the display was out of order for 12 days Customer service was good however a little pushy about leaving a review which has knocked a star off

We have been using DD for around 4

We have been using DD for around 4 months and we have seen a hugely positive impact We have had many enquiries from the digital commercial and the advert looks First class

Great company with amazing results

Took out an advertisement over 6 months ago The service has been fine and the advertisement was great after a few changes were made to the original version The communication was good Overall it was a good service and I would recommend it I m already seeing results from the commercial
