New customer experience with Direct Digital Customer care
I signed up to a contract with Direct digital and had some initial issues with the outcome of the sales process which I brought to the customer service team attention Some things were not as transparent as they should have been Mr V Sharma stepped in resolved the majority of issues to my satisfaction and took over the management of my adverts overseeing their release to production which went very smoothly Whilst I am still in the early stages of my contract at the moment I am looking forward to the next stages of our work together
