I really don t recommend that agency or at least Edward We went to see a flat studio because on the phone he told us a price and in person he told us it was more money He made us waste our time and after talking to the landlord about that studio flat asked us for even more money I do not recommend it

Before paying was very welcoming and replied to messages promptly since paying the rent hardly replied to messages read and not replied I don t know if that s reasonable or not I find it very disappointing

I have found Draker lettings to be a very helpful team led by Jack Stone nothing seems to be too much trouble They offer a very friendly efficient service I would thoroughly recommend them as an agent Thank you Jack for all of your help

We recently rented a property with Draker lettings and Edward our agent was a great help Edward always picked up the telephone quickly and dealt with any queries promptly He was very professional and personable in his approach and was a pleasure to deal with The renting of this property was not straightforward and Edward is quite new to this business so had to rely on his manager at times for information but he was always honest if he did not know the answer to a question that was asked and to my mind this is better than someone that pretends to know everything and clearly doesn t All round good experience
