Having not been able to be present in London for the entire experience I must admit that my review may be somewhat biased However I wanted to share my thoughts on my interactions with Jack Welstead the real estate agent I communicated with throughout Jack has proven to be an exceptional professional in the field He consistently displayed eagerness to find solutions offered assistance whenever needed and genuinely cared about my well-being It s quite rare to encounter such qualities in a real estate agent and I commend Jack for his outstanding dedication and customer-oriented approach While I can t fault Jack for any shortcomings I feel compelled to mention that my overall rating is not a full 5 stars This rating is primarily influenced by the unfortunate circumstances that unfolded after I signed for a flat paid the deposit and the first month s rent only to be informed at the last minute that the landlord had a change of mind This unexpected turn of events resulted in financial loss for me Moreover it s important to note that I sent money through a French bank which incurred additional taxes When the funds were eventually returned to me further taxes were deducted Consequently I found myself at a loss of 200 euros throughout the entire process While my personal experience may not have been entirely positive I believe it s crucial to recognize the exceptional service provided by Jack However it s advisable for individuals to exercise caution and consider the potential risks associated with financial transactions in similar situations

Draker were really good I m particular Miss Kyra who helped me look at a property on kensel rise She was amazing Warm friendly and didn t pressure me at all through put the whole experience Asked her lots and lots of questions some smart and some dumb but she answered all off them without getting the slightest bit annoyed I would have haha Honestly ask for her Thank you Kyra

George has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process He was always available gave great advice and found me a perfect flat within a very short time
