Do not buy from this builder They are nonresponsive to the plethora of issues you will find with their homes their workers building code violations garbage all over the property bug infestations horrible warranty dept floods leaks touch up paint that doesn t match their management company who is deep in their pockets who takes their side on every matter streetlights that haven t worked properly still since March nails you have to avoid stepping on strewn all over the sidewalks so you don t puncture your shoe foot - you can t make this stuff up I can t stress to you how far you should distance yourself from them unless you want to live in a nightmare

O bought a brand new home with a Dr HortonAfter 3 years is like a trash house Carpet is bad title is cracking every where caused by cheap material and poor installation roof bad shingles flow out and damage the roof caused poor installation Poor service They don t do nothing to help never again buy home from this builder

It seems that many residents in Florida are telling people to stay away from this builder There are always issues with them best thing to do is to research your prospective builder and if you have fallen for their lies as a buyer continue to write email their corporate office and consult an attorney for possible redress class action suit

I bought a D R Horton home in 2020 In 2023 that underground waterline malfunctioned Due to the extent of how much water I was losing I had plumber come out too access and repair the issue I was informed that a shark bite fitting not certified for underground use was the cause When I informed D R Horton the told me screw me because they weren t allowed to access the issue Do NOT BUY a home from this company as they ll stand behind a technicality to keep from doing what s right It s not like I dug up the ground and put the illegal fitting on the waterline Please find a more ethical and quality builder for your home

This company is the worst company I ever dealt with in my life they lied they lied they lie This is from rascal Farm in Southhaven Mississippi They have the worst Worst house I ever seen in my life All kind of problems Can t get any answers Elizabeth is a lie Tony Hearn is alive All of them just lie from day one whatever you do do not buy a house in rascal Farm they all junk

Do not buy from this company unless you want to deal with endless about of hardship because of them We didn t get far in the buying process with them because they messed up on taking the earnest money from us Long story short we are having a nightmare of a time getting thousands of dollars back into our account because someone in their office gave us bad information That told us right there we shouldn t buy from this company I m doing my part and trying to help the next person coming behind us so this doesn t happen to them

This Company Does Nothing To Code

This company does nothing to code They didn t lay our sewer line properly nor did they plumb the rest of the house correctly We now are paying an astronomical amount of money to have it fixed because of leaks and sewer backup into the home Shoddy workmanship We ve even had electrical problems due to shortcuts being taken I would be embarrassed to death to do work this poor in quality but for some reason these builders can sleep at night knowing they left the homeowner with a crap job

Horrible builds Incompetent Room Temperature IQ Staff

Horrible builds and the representatives that speak for Dr Horton are just as bad as the quality of the homes Their garbage low intelligent subpar builds are backed by a phrase we hear all too often now Each house is unique and built by someone by hand That doesn t mean it has to be cheap and look like a blind person put all the pieces together I would never recommend DR Horton homes to another person ever in my lifetime
