Very shady

Normally how the building process works the traders go and do their job and the builder come after them and verifies everything done correctly well not these guys they d actually let the homeowner catch all the flaws everything that slippes through the crack save them time on money it s like they care more about their traders than their the homeowners We bought a house from them and nothing was done right to make matters worse they fought us Over fixing anything their favorite sentence was it s up to business standard We re not even that picky people but we could see still see the crappy job all over gap on the floorings curved walls electric wall plates were hand cut to make them fit Call Ma crooked baseboards gigantic dips in the concrete I was ready to walk away the day of closing to teach them a lesson but the wife didn t listen

Not even 1 month into owning the home there has been nothing but issues Between the A C breaking missing sensors broken outlets marks on the wall poorly done landscaping etc huge mistake We call almost everyday for fixes and it shouldn t be that way Not mention expect to be on the phone for 2 hours every time for anything Truly low quality service at an insane high rate Huge mistake

Awful All these crappy reviews for lennar are spot on They get your money and disappear once you find out what a bad job they actually did building your new home I have never had issues with a house like this My case was forwarded to a customer service rep amd SHE doesnt even respond It is continually one issue after another Going to have to be seeing someRepresentation because I will not settle for this

Horrible quality Dishonest people We were told our home would come with radiant barrier we even signed the features form to have it They didn t install it They said it was because product want available Everyone needs to stay as far away from Lennar as possible

Lennar does not care about its

Lennar does not care about its customers It is clear from the beginning of a showing to close of a property It s rushed bad service from step 1 - 101They are clearly a company that is focused on profits over people With inventory so low in OC they are basically stepping all over their customers with bad service hidden fees and a general attitude that says if you don t like it too damn bad There is another customer in the lobby take it or leave it It s rude unprofessional and cruel No one is trying to make the home buyer feel good safe or secure about the home purchase It s bullying pure and simple 15 years of real estate in OC and I ve never seen such poor service and lack of caring from a Builder It s appalling

From the contractor to the mortgage lender Terrible all around They have made my home buying process a nightmare You are working harder trying to get transparency over anything Have pushed my closing dates back multiple times Asking for the same documentation multiple times Going days without responding to you You will be wondering if you are approved or not Forced me to use there lender when I had a preapproval Never again If you have Dijana Demirovic RUN

Lack of Quality Control Pride in Workmanship

Lennar failed on its deliverable to us We recently moved into new home in Gold Canyon AZ The lack of quality control pride in workmanship and overall disrespect for end product is appalling The flooring is terrible Ground in paint drywall glue scratch marks and chips abound Cleaner came back steamed and scrubbed tile again When it dried OMG The areas of concern are too many to list Drywall and paint issues embarassing Unfinished trim caulking Master bath a disaster No more excuses relating to COVID or trades quitting We have been traumatized by this whole experience and are seasoned homeowners having built numerous houses It doesn t feel like home

Lennar home poor workmanship

I moved into a Lennar home in 2004 We have had problems with insulation not installed properly the AC was not engineered properly and had to be redone Recently we started to remodel our bathroom We found very poor workmanship for example the wall behind our vanity had a drain pipe slightly offset and the Lennar people decided to not even put any drywall on the wall Under the build in bathtub we had the drain location in the wrong location and the concrete slab was jackhammered open partially closed with concrete and a mess left under it Now that I m doing the shower I found the same crappy workmanship under the shower pan I would never in my lifetime ever ever buy a Lennar home

Run from a Lennar built house

Not enough room here to share our experiences with our Lennar house purchased June 9 2017 Improper grading flooding differential foundation settling drywall cracking sloped and bulging floors All of this was discovered within 13 months of moving in And now 3 years later still not fixed Delay parade more people around delay change Lennar Rep delay Please visit this site my wife and I put together to share our experience lennarbuilderreview com
