I have just purchased my new flat from Dundas and the whole process has been painless and stress free as a result of the fab service received by Gail from the sales office throughout She kept me up to date every step of the way and at no point did I feel myself chasing for updates I cannot fault the service I have received by Gail and Dundas in any way and wouldn t hesitate to purchase from them again in the future Thoroughly recommend getting in touch with Gail if you are looking to purchase a Dundas home

On my first meeting with Laura Client Specialist at Dundas l found Laura to be very warm friendly and not your typical pushy sales person Laura had taken the time to talk me through the various stages and made me feel very supported Nothing was too much trouble she always came back to me within a timely manner even out of hours Thank you Laura for a wonderful experience as a first time buyer Laura is definitely a great asset to Dundas I will highly recommend Laura the team for going above beyond for me Thank you so much

Great experience from when we bought and onwards Janice was always very good to deal with and never put any pressure on and made plenty of time for us whenever we needed her during the whole process Always good at keeping us up to date with progress - so I never felt the need to be chasing from my side House completed on time slap bang in the middle of the 3 month window which took a bit of pressure off too Now in the hands of Davie the site manager who has been extremely helpful and again always ready to answer queries etc My mother thought he was a very nice man Overall the personal service from Janice and Davie has made this a good experience - no mean feat when dealing with house moves

June was very helpful knowledgeable and professional She was extremely welcoming and we couldn t have asked for more She even offered a free washing machine Amazing service highly recommend

We bought our first house at Uphall Station Village it is a beautiful location and 20 minutes drive from Edinburgh From the inception Janice was wonderful as sales person during the entire process she was prompt kept us updated regarding the build progress Our house was delivered on time integrated items are top-notch the build quality is good have conducted professional snag testing everything was fine apart from some minor snags which were also rectified by David It was a hassle-free transition after-sale care is really good till now

They are the best building surveyors I have ever used I am completely stunned with the quality and the service they deliver Communication was very easy thanks to Lauren in the office Paul Morgan did a fantastic job He produced a 89 page level 3 survey with about 80 photographs many of them made by a drone They saved me from a purchase that would have cost me a lot of money and stress The drone photos clearly showed exterior defects that another building surveyor would not have picked up Paul was onsite for about 4 hours and did a very thorough job He gave me a 45-minute courtesy call the day after the survey and his report gave even more detail The level 3 report cost me 522 which was the cheapest quote I bet it was also the company offering the best quality I will be using Dundas Building Surveying again and have no hesitation in recommending them

I was looking to move house and it was a spur of the moment idea to look into a new build On visiting Gilbertfield Woods Estate I met with Gail the sales person who could not have been more helpful in talking me through the different types of builds that were available and it didn t take me long to make my decision I used to visit the sight to look over the fence and watch my forever home taking shape from afar Gail gave me plenty of help and advise regards the fixtures and fittings and regular updates along the way on the progress until I picked up my keys last week
