Dundas Experience - After Care
I will give my honest review of our experience in purchasing a Dundas property We moved into our home in March 2023 and the move in experience wasn t great with poor communication and having to constantly chase up for updated for our entry date that was delayed by 4 months Once we moved in there was the expected snagging required and again our experience of dealing with site team and management was poor to say the least However after we made a formal complaint and where passed to the customer care team for not just the handling of our case but also their own trades team our experience was remarkably different and we where happy with the service and standard of work Erin Margot and the team are fantastic and promptly dealt with our issues and at times went above and beyond to help us and resolve our repairs
