Great ebike Great Customer Care and support

What a fantastic company and ebike I ordered a C11 City Bike for my wife on Monday and it was delivered for free on the Thursday just 3 days later The C11 is a great bike You only need Eco mode most of the time as the torque is very good and the motor powerful Looks like about a 40 mile range on a mix of terrains Both myself and my wife have had test rides for a couple of days and are very impressed she loves it I think I will buy one for myself too to replace a crossbar ebike as i prefer the step-thru design at my age The build from unboxing was easy following the supplied linked video guide I could not find the frame serial number for insurance purposes so contacted support Nicky at support responded with the answer within a day - brilliant customer care I totally recommend Fiido

EXCELLENT Customer Service

Got a T1 pro and enjoy every single minute riding it Contacted the customer service with a problem i was experienving with the bike and they were really helpful Emailed me instruction manual of how to fix the problem and also sent me a full set of new bolt and nuts that required to be changed Really happy how quickly they responded to my emails and how quickly the Customer Service Zed assisted in resolving the issue I am happy and enjoying every minute riding the T1 Pro now

Although I encountered an unusual problem with my new bike Fiido customers service were very efficient in resolving it I dealt with Zed and David and found them polite and professional My problem is now solved and I look forward to many mile of cycling on my new Fiido C21 bike
