I have ordered an item in September and it took forever to get a refund I had to chase as well one of the parcel I have ordered and had to remind them about the order after 6 days Although the service it is a pain I managed to deal with a lovely lady called Lisa and she managed to sort out my refund and parcel Thank you Lisa x

Happily surprised customer
I ordered from this company and my items were delivered less than 24 hours later Can t complain with service like that I am foreign and ordered online and only then looked up reviews After reading several reviews on this platform I was disheartened and not expecting much from it - I also hadn t received my confirmation email it came about 15 mins later so I was sceptical to say the least and thought I had been scammed Needless to say I wasn t and my goods arrived far quicker than I expected although the website said it would be next day delivery I had my doubts but boy what can I say They promised and they did deliver I love all the garments and quality was better than i exptected too Only reason I am giving 4-stars is that of the 3 joggers I purchased 2 x fit as expected and the 1 x item ran smaller which was a bummer but not the end of the world For just over a tenner each I am pleased with the value and quality of my order and they re the best joggers I ve owned 3 Unfortunate about the other issues customers have had which doesn t instill faith but I am here to say I recently had a good experience and hope others do too going forward

I didn t receive a refund for an order that I returned in full However Femme Luxe Customer Service and Lisa in particular was really helpful in resolving this for me and helped ease any concerns

Refund issue for returned items
I recently had to contact customer service regarding an issue with a refund I had returned some dresses as they just didn t suit me I paid the return postage up front as I could not complete the transaction without doing so return via Royal Mail but when my refund which took over 3 weeks to issue finally arrived it was reduced by 2 50 to cover postage The query was picked up and dealt with by Lucy She dealt with it quickly Looked into it and issued the 2 50 the next day The only reason I have only given 4 stars is due to the length of time it takes the company to issue a refund I feel this to be unnecessarily long almost a month It s a pity because otherwise the company is really good with good quality clothing Thank you Lucy Excellent service

I ordered a package for next day delivery and it got lost in the mail however the customer service team were really helpful and friendly They sent out another package straight away The clothes were amazing and good quality as always

Good company but just a few suggestions
Was very hesitant and worried for the order after reading the poor reviews on trust pilot about clothing people received but thankfully received the parcel with my black puffer coat today with no worries tried it on very warm and just like it shows in the picture I hope I won t be disappointed after I wear it for a while One bit for improvement would be that customers have a confirmation email of their order straight after ordering to make it less of a worry instead of the courier provider emailing on behalf However straight after the new year I received a confirmation email from Faye with all details and tracking info I wish this company a good luck for this year x

I ordered for three sets of items I only received one and I thought the rest will be delivered for days are turning into weeks yet I haven t heard anything or received the item When I tried contacting them I didn t get no response yet so I don t know when my order will get to me and I need them asap Thank you for getting back and sorting out the items that weren t delivered as I have received them

My thoughts
My reason for 4 and not 5 is just because of how long it takes to receive a refund Other than that the customer service makes up for it Amy responded really quickly with all the information about my return when I emailed which now I m just patiently waiting for Thank you Amy Advice for the business My advice would be that when a return is delivered back maybe a email saying we have received your return now and it will be processed within 28days would be comforting to customers It s the lack of contact that makes it worse than it is However all information is located on the website
