Pay with Paypal or you will probably never see a refund Their returns policy is in contradiction to consumer rights There is no phone number no live chat and email response is sporadic and ignorant This is a proper market stall cowboy outfit cannot believe they are still trading In all honesty AVOID

Do not order from these cowboys Just shocking still waiting for a refund after 2 months even though proof of postage has been provided sent 3 emails and no response but happy take money quick enough See if trading standards can resolve Update Even have the audacity of flagging reviews to trust pilot to verify them in an attempt to get negative reviews removed As per your responses to previous reviews there is very little point contacting your customer care as you don t respond Embarrassment of a company I pity your staff

Femme Luxe have still not paid 62 owed to myself and ordered in Court by the Judge Femme Luxe stated they have changed management and cannot access records however this is completely irrelevant Do not use this company

I done a return months ago tried getting in contact with their email Instagram support page and have had no response It s a scam don t buy from here I don t have my refund or my goods They have gotten back to me after writing a review and are only willing to send me vouchers for their website instead of a refund as they have lost the information even though I have offered to send them the information and proof of return I would never want to use this website again so this is useless to me Do not use this website

I ordered two pairs of joggers to try on I tried on and it didn t fit so I sent them both back Femme luxe emailed me and said they would only refund one of the items as the other had signs of wear I tried these on and took them off the signs of wear is the poor quality of the joggers Honestly disgusted never buying from them again I do not recommend to anyone

I m am so shocked at the lack of customer service Clearly I am not the only one What was supposed to be a buy try on didn t fit and return has turned into just an absolute mess I ordered from here at the beginning of Dec and still back and fourth with no resolution I ordered two items Femme luxe refusing refund for one of my them claiming they had been worn Embarrassingly I had to explain I m a bigger girl and my thighs rub together and the bobbling is from their poor quality I still haven t received refund for the second item Femme luxe said they will return the non refundable item back to me after I left a review but forgetting to mention that I will be paying for the shipping for that Then changing their minds saying if I change my trustpilot review they will give me my refund I don t want anything to do with this shop any longer I m appalled and disgusted with the lack of professionalism and customer care DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE

The company have made no communication to this problem They have once back in November so the last review response is incorrect and false I will keep putting bad reviews until this is sorted as you only reply to people on trustpilot and not emails I have sent 5-6 emails about this problem PLEASE reply as I have reported femme luxe to trading standards now of a stolen parcel and no refund Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you re responsible for making sure my order is delivered to me at my address or to an agreed alternative safe place I have not received my parcel and the parcel has been stolen from the delivered place as evri did not give to a person

DO NOT PURCHASE THEY ARE SCAMMERSI purchased 4 dresses from them I sent them all back over a month ago Since then I have been emailing them and messaging on Instagram They hardly reply and when they do only to say their systems are down Once you make a return you will not receive a refund They are scammers They have deleted my account so I can not long in anymore

Never received a refund for my order which was worth over 100 Very disappointed as I actually like their products Won t be using it again or recommending to anyone Emailed multiple times but have not received any response since June 2023

I have ordered before from Femme Luxe and didn t have any issues My 2nd order did have some delay in delivery time but I contacted FemmeLuxe via email and Hannah sorted this out for me as promised with express delivery She was very helpful and I got my delivery in time for my birthday Thanks again xUpdate Sent this review hastily I was told my order would be sent Express delivery but they failed to tell me some items was not in stock The main thing I wanted was the white dress for my birthday but that was not delivered I wish I was told this when in communication with them Although I ve received a refund still not overly happy Shame I ve been given a discount code but not sure if I ll order again if I m honest If the items are out of stock you shouldn t be able to order from the site
