Ordered a dress on 28th sent numerous

Ordered a dress on 28th sent numerous emails no email of confirmation to say being delivered etc just says confirmed no idea wats going on with my order they won t reply

Order with caution

Don t order from this company if you are going to return any of your order as you won t receive a refund I have been in contact with them on several different occasions and they claim they have processed a refund on 14th March which has still not arrived with me They say they are experiencing ongoing issues with one of their payment systems which may affect how refunds are processed but I m pretty sure they are just not refunding anyone as per previous reviews Giving 2 stars as I didn t return my full order and some of the clothes are actually nice and as described Edit I have today 25th May received my refund from Femme Luxe following retuning items in February

Not refunded I ordered an item in August that unfortunately didn t fit me I returned it straight away and it was received by the company on the 24th of August I have emailed my concerns about still not receiving a refund and have had no reply

I have been patient asking for my refund It was actually processed until it was cancelled through my Paypal Been sending multiple emails but with no updates and just want my refund to be fully processed which should have been done on the 16th august

Quicker turn around on refunds would be nice website says 28days who wants to wait that long No answer from numerous messages sent via the contact me tab Now website is down

Fast next day delivery which was good but returns policy is unclear Co ord bought that didn t fit wanted to send it back and get a different size I won t be now as returns policy is unclear On their website all it has is an address to send back to are we expected to pay for returns As there is no clear way to fill a returns sheet or anything

Pathetic excuse of a company

Pathetic excuse of a company the amount of reviews saying they haven t been refunded and still no change I placed an order and never recieved a confirmation email only that my parcel was with EVRI No order number or anything I returned my parcel the next day first class and still have not received my refund ignoring all the numerous emails I sent

I have ordered a few times and everytime I order the same size in different clothes they either don t fit or are to big I don t think it s very good material to wash either it gets very bitty after one wash to we re you only end up getting a few wears out of them Not being funny but you would think the money we pay for the lounge suits they would actually be worth the money Sorry for the bad review but you have to be cruel to be kind sometimes an I just don t think it s up to standards the clothes look really nice feel really nice if they end up fitting but don t last very long

I am extremely disappointed I have not received my money back after returning a few items I have contacted them but received no message back I am incredibly unsatisfied with how they handle these issues It s been three months since my order and no response back

No refund

Ordered 2 dresses exactly the same Only difference being sizes Returned in September Still no refund Email sent more than once and still no reply online chat was also not replied too I have proof of delivery via in post lockers It would be easier trying to contact Pablo Esclobar and he s dead
