So after a delay in my order being sent for some reason it didn t dispatch I had to contact Lisa in customer services to chase and after initially being disappointed I have to say Lisa response time and can do attitude did restore my faith She went over and above to make sure I received my parcel and I have to say I am very please with my items and cannot wait to wear them Thank you x

My first ever order with femme lux disappointed that one of the dresses came with a makeup mark on the front so obviously it has been tried on before I kept it rather then having to reorder so hoping it washes out Also waiting for a refund up to 28 days is an extremely long wait in comparison to other clothing companies

I ordered a couple of dresses from Femme Luxe I would say the sizing is very generous as I m usually a 10 12 and in one dress I had to return and swap for a size 6 I am definitely not a size 6 Although both dresses are great quality I had to wait around 5 weeks for my refund Apart from this a good site - will be using again

Sorted order at last
I ve ordered from here multiple times the clothes are great but I ve recently had to return my item returned on next day delivery on the 10th of November and am still waiting to be refunded I just feels the returns time frame is ridiculously long

Got my order previous emails weren t delivered to me did actually send quickly however I didn t know as I didn t get emails nor was I at my home address my fault the correspondence isn t the best however at least it s sorted ty

Bought a dress it was on sale and used a code so got a very good deal it came next day which is great Loved the dress it looked really nice but there was a tear on the seam down the side So I emailed them to ask if I can return it and get another urgently as I don t think I should have to pay the 2 99 postage as the item was faulty but never heard anything back from them so now I will have to stitch it up myself Shame

Ordered a few different things sizes
I ordered a few dresses and received them the next day before noon which was great The dresses were lovely but I d ordered the wrong size so sent them back Customer service has been good and I have had replies almost instantly when I had emailed However I didnt realise that the returns process would take so long 28 days is a long time to have to wait for a refund This is the only complaint I have to be honest Everything else was brilliant

Ordered a few different things sizes all came really quick and good customer service I spoke to Lucy I kept one of the dresses which I love However not sure if I would shop here again as their return policy is 28 days They ve had my returned items for over a week and I haven t been contacted to state that they have received them etc I know Boohoo has a similar policy but I always get refunded within a week Reading other reviews it s a bit worrying but will wait it out and contact bank if need to My reply Thank you I did check the tracking as stated before You ve had the items for a couple of weeks now Thanks

I spoke with Amy who was quick at responding and was able to send me a link to track my order I m abit disappointed though that I never received a confirmation email for something I ordered 3 days ago

Don t bother with next day delivery
Check your junk mail I thought I was being ignored and it was very stressful however the whole time I had multiple people from the company trying to contact me back Hermes have still got my parcel I m hoping that femme luxe will be able to retrieve it for me in time for Christmas But they have dealt with me super fast and I know this was not their fault at all It is literally hermes however the customer aren t able to contact them ourselves And thank you for replacing an item that was initially refunded Hope to hear from you soon
